In the past, I have had to wait hours in the dealership for routine maintenance. This most recent visit was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. I attempted to negotiate a deal with the "Internet Sales Director", Mohammad Harake, via email, and he refused to deliver any numbers saying they don't offer numbers via email. Interestingly, after reviewing many of these reviews, it doesn't seem like my interaction was isolated. Wonder if the GM, Regional Director, Regional Field Ops Director knows. More
I chose this dealership because of their positive reviews, but after my experience I believe many of the 5-star ratings must be fake. Please avoid Salesperson Mohammed Ibrahim and Finance Manager Jeffrey Latham at all costs — they will take advantage of you. I purchased a 2026 Honda Passport and was originally quoted a price of $46,000–$48,000. However, when I signed, the final contract reflected $52,000 with no explanation or disclosure that the price had changed. To make matters worse, the same vehicle was advertised on Tampa Honda’s own website for $44,000. The Finance Manager also added nearly $9,000 in warranty/optional products without my consent or knowledge. These were not explained at signing, and I was pressured to sign quickly without being shown what I was actually agreeing to. I wasn’t even given a copy of my contract that day — it took two days of constant follow-up just to receive it. This was a fraudulent and deceptive experience. More
