Lied on telling me at 230pm paperwork was ready only to arrive at 515pm no paperwork even started finance dept wasnt away. Lied saying no problem we will match or meet the 6.7 rate to 6.3% again nope finance dept had no knowledge of. Lied car would be full. The 1st manager offered a deal we didnt take we pushed back and the gm manager came over said no we aren't moving on price. Fine we still are getting car but lies and lies. If you have a sales person who is lying 🤥 over simple having paperwork ready imagine what else they are lying about. The general Manager didnt care to make things right. My husband even said its probably because he didnt like the navy and made comments knowing my husband was previous navy. I am a single mother with two children under the age of two. My vehicle was totaled in a six-car accident, leaving me in urgent need of reliable transportation. I have been working directly with finance ma two. My vehicle was totaled in a six-car accident, leaving me in urgent need of reliable transportation. I have been working directly with finance manager Luis Hermida to lease a 2025 Honda Accord. Throughout this process, I was actively working with Mr. Hermida to finalize the lease documentation in good faith. At his request, I coordinated with State Farm and Assurant GAP to obtain the GAP claim number and current claim status. He is aware that I have made repeated, documented attempts to obtain this information. I even attempted to arrange a joint call with an Assurant GAP supervisor to ensure all parties had accurate information and to resolve the matter efficiently. Instead of clear communication or cooperation, my calls and messages were ignored. After days of no response, I received a text stating that the vehicle would be picked up and the leasing contract rescinded. Threatening vehicle removal or contract rescission while a customer is actively complying with requested documentation reflects aggressive, coercive, and improper business practices. This conduct demonstrates poor customer service, lack of transparency, and a failure to act in good faith. The use of intimidation rather than communication caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation and is unacceptable. I am requesting formal review and resolution from Tampa Honda’s General Manager. If this matter is not addressed promptly and professionally, I am prepared to file a formal complaint with the Florida Attorney General’s Office regarding these business practices.
