Ronald, we are sorry to hear about your disappointment and any misunderstanding at your service visit. The technician noted on the multipoint inspection that your vehicle was in need of an air duct due to the component being missing entirely, which is documented on the required photograph he took before recommending the part. We are sorry for any misspelling that offended you. It does appear in the photo you may have previously replaced the battery (as it is an aftermarket battery and not a Hyundai OEM part), and in your vehicle model that air duct is required to be removed in order to access the battery. Since your battery has never been replaced at our facility, we are unable to advise on what may have happened to your air duct. Our job is to inspect and notify you of your vehicle's condition, which we believe our team did properly.
