I went to the dealership to ask if they could look at my drivers side mirror. Someone pulled it away from the car and left it hanging by the electrical cord outside. I taped it back on the car with black drivers side mirror. Someone pulled it away from the car and left it hanging by the electrical cord outside. I taped it back on the car with black electrical tape. I explained what happened, and the guy said they would look at it. I explained that if they took the tape off and couldn’t fix it, they would need to tape it back on like I did. He said “we don’t do anything with tape”….I told him he had to fix it so I could drive it….can’t drive it with the mirror hanging down on the outside. He again said that they wouldn’t do anything with the tape….really?!?! He said I would have to leave it and they would let me know if it could be fixed. By this time I was ready to throttle him. Never again. I will wait until I get to Georgia and find a decent service department. What a jerk he was. More
My 2016 Hyundai Tucson's driver side window wouldn't go up about 2 weeks ago and the lock button on the driver side handle had fallen out. Another less critical problem I had was the display clock didn't w up about 2 weeks ago and the lock button on the driver side handle had fallen out. Another less critical problem I had was the display clock didn't work. I brought my car in the next morning and Oscar Campos was extremely helpful. He made sure my issues were covered under my extended warranty, which they were. I didn't have an appointment, but was desperate to get the window fixed as summer time in SWFL is hot and rainy. When it was ready, he informed me that the window and lock button were fixed, but he had to order a new radio as that was the only way to have the clock work on the dash. I came in again the next week, and not only did they replace the radio, they also addressed a recall on my car. To top it off, they washed my car! I highly recommend Oscar as your go-to for service at this dealership. He was professional, personable, and went out of his way to make sure all my concerns were addressed and corrected. What a great guy to have in their service department. More
Pawel B is a great service advisor. He always goes above and beyond to fix my issues whenever I bring my geneses for service. I have been taken cared by him every time I bring my car for service. This review is about the service department. I had been contemplating buying a new car here, but it is not worth it with the bad service. I have been taking my car for service for over 10 years. Every tim contemplating buying a new car here, but it is not worth it with the bad service. I have been taking my car for service for over 10 years. Every time I go I have to wait an extremely long time, even though I always make an appointment. Each time I wait, the tech upfront says they have to check, as if they had to leave me wait an entire day till they call back. My car was under warranty and they never found the problems during those years, now I had to pay and they still did not fix the issues. Last time I made a morning appointment and dropped it off, they said they'd call me. They didn't even bother till the following day. Then they worked on the car and I kept calling, told it was not ready. By this time, I took Uber there (what happened to offering anything??), and the desk tech had not even checked on my car which was just sitting there. It was 5:30pm the next day. Had I not gone, who knows how long it would have taken. It's the same issue every single time. Now I have to waste yet another day, or another who knows how long, for them to tell me there is nothing wrong with it, when there is. A disgrace. No apology offered either. More
I have written on here before but tamiami Hyundai has been amazing with their service. They have made up for my first visit and have gone beyond what I could believe. My radio didn’t work so they ordered been amazing with their service. They have made up for my first visit and have gone beyond what I could believe. My radio didn’t work so they ordered a part for it and when I picked it up they replaced my damaged headlights. Which was under warranty. Oscar was great and I will definitely come indeed. More

We had terrible service there and I was getting very frustrated as I wanted a safe vehicle for my daughter and I felt that I wasn't getting the best service there. I spoke with Linda at Tamiami Hyundai and explained the problem. She was able to get the car transferred to Tamiami and had the issue taken care of the same day. She really went above and beyond to help us and get my daughter back on the road safely. I could not be happier with Tamiami Hyundai service department, Linda especially. Thank you so much for your understanding and help with this issue. I really appreciate you Linda. More
Service is not customer oriented! I had a service appointment Monday morning, 2/11/19, at Tamiami Hyundai, Naples, FL, for an oil change and rotation. I arrived at 8:30 for a 9:00 AM I had a service appointment Monday morning, 2/11/19, at Tamiami Hyundai, Naples, FL, for an oil change and rotation. I arrived at 8:30 for a 9:00 AM appointment. Four and a half hours later at 1:00 PM, I got my car. During that extended period I asked several service advisors about the hold-up. All I got was "We will let you know when the car is ready". No one seemed to care that I had been waiting so long while other customers came and went. Finally, out of desperation, I walked into the service area. I was told by a technician that the car was finished. Once back outside, two advisors came to me. The one that had signed me in stated that it was all his fault. He had failed to note that I was waiting. There would be no charge. I guess I could buy that if I hadn't asked him and others multiple times about the delay. So, after over four hours, I have my car. However, I received no paperwork. Therefore, I have no record of the work performed. (or was it?). I tried contacting Hyundai corporate but was told I had to deal directly with the dealer. So, I did a chat at the dealer's web site. I was told that someone would contact me. Never happened. Finally, I sent the Service Manager an email from their web site. I stated that, if I hadn't heard from them by 3/1/19, I would post a review on Yelp. Here we are! All I'm looking for is some documentation as to the work performed. Of course, even though I bought my Santa Fe at Tamiami Hyundai, I'll never go there again. More
Very efficient service I had the Car in for recalls and everything went well. I was called promptly when the work was complete. My windshield wiper fluid was leaking and I was able to get my appointment scheduled with Christian the service advisor. When I showed up everyone was so professional and efficient. From the moment I arrived, the courtesy, professionalism and efficiency was tremendous! Pavel got me in efficiently, staff even helped me find cream for my coffee, too! They added in a recall that they found and helped me with other things that need to be done to my car. When I left I had the blessing of speaking with Matt, the service manager. It was a pleasant experience from arriving to leaving. More
