Schedule an appointment and the car was taken on time. Estimate was two hours and the car was delivered. Washed and cleaned and fully serviced in an hour and a half. Very satisfied. I believe that if Genesis is going to play on the premium arena. The dealerships must enlighten their staff as to the expectations of the clients. IE: when someone makes a service appointment for 8:00 am a arena. The dealerships must enlighten their staff as to the expectations of the clients. IE: when someone makes a service appointment for 8:00 am and was told it’s appropriately a two hour service the arrival is 7:45 and told we have a loner because we hope to have it done by end of day. Is not a good start to the day. Being in the CS arena for 40 plus years “truthful land accurate” information albeit not what the customer may want to hear it’s in the long run better for all.
