Had 2:30 appointment for oil change. Arrived at 2:10 and checked in. Used waiting room until 3:45 saw my car sitting outside. I had to wait 5 weeks for a service appointment on my leased vehicle. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and then waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes for what should have taken no more than 30 leased vehicle.
