I stopped to drop off keys for next day appointment. ..waited at least 30 min to get help. Several people walking around and only 1 person working to take care of clients. Then it took several days to do ..waited at least 30 min to get help. Several people walking around and only 1 person working to take care of clients. Then it took several days to do the service and the service was just normal maintenance. I left several messages with no return call. The biggest frustration was no communication. If someone would have told me it was going to take that long I could of made a decision to keep appointment or not. We have never had such terrible service from a Genesis or Hyundai dealer. Will make sure I get better clarity from you next time I need service. More
