Founded in 1973 by Arlie Zellers Tamiami Ford built a reputation for outstanding service and sales in Naples and throughout Florida. In 2008, Tamiami purchased the Hyundai franchise from the O’Brien organization. The Zellers family and our staff are very proud to be associated with these two outstanding franchises. I stopped to drop off keys for next day appointment. ..waited at least 30 min to get help. Several people walking around and only 1 person working to take care of clients. Then it took several days to do ..waited at least 30 min to get help. Several people walking around and only 1 person working to take care of clients. Then it took several days to do the service and the service was just normal maintenance. I left several messages with no return call. The biggest frustration was no communication. If someone would have told me it was going to take that long I could of made a decision to keep appointment or not. We have never had such terrible service from a Genesis or Hyundai dealer. Will make sure I get better clarity from you next time I need service. More

Anthony made the remote sales process incredibly easy. He communicated clearly throughout and had everything ready when I flew in to pick up the car. After taking delivery, I noticed an issue during my first night drive—the headlights were mostly non-functional due to aging and the typical Florida haze on the assemblies. It was something neither the sales team nor I had noticed beforehand. I reached out to let them know about the issue, and they worked with me toward a fair resolution.
