Great Car Buying Experience I purchased a my first Subaru (Outback) in January 2017 and have been very happy with my car. I have been in for one oil change, and since I live out of town Angie in the service department made it very easy for me to come over and get some errands done while I waited on my vehicle. I bought my car from Richard and he followed up very thoroughly asking if I had anymore questions about my vehicle, ensuring that I got everything I needed. So far I have had a great experience, and realize that I should have bought a Subaru in the first place! More
Service Manager Lied About Repairs My brand new 2015 WRX (purchased at Koby) started to make really bad rattling noises after 2 months of owning it. I thought it was a speaker cracklin My brand new 2015 WRX (purchased at Koby) started to make really bad rattling noises after 2 months of owning it. I thought it was a speaker crackling so I asked to have it replaced. Keith Skipper assured me the speaker was replaced. The same noise persisted and now a new noise was rattling in the door. I returned to Koby to have it fix. Keith told me everything had been fixed. Unfortunately for him, I spoke with the technician who worked on my vehicle. The technician told me the repairs weren't done and Keith had lied about the repairs. When I asked Keith about the repairs, he told me it should not matter which speaker in the car was replaced, I got a new a speaker out of the deal. But it was the wrong speaker! And Keith lied about what they did to fix the other rattling! Keith then gave me his business card to ensure I spelled his name right in the complaint and told me good luck in getting him fired. Horrible treatment and experience and very concerning for the others he has lied to about repairs. And my car still rattles. I wish I had went somewhere else. More

We were passing through Mobile on a road trip from Houston to the Smokey Mountains, and our Subaru started giving an engine check light, while disabling the cruise control option. We passed by Koby Su Houston to the Smokey Mountains, and our Subaru started giving an engine check light, while disabling the cruise control option. We passed by Koby Subaru dealership around 5:30 on a Friday and decided to see if there were any mechanics left on duty who could help us out. Sadly the service department closed at 5. However, Mr Koby, the owner, was still around and it turns out that he is a certified Subaru master mechanic, and he kindly lent himself to look at our car. In abut 20 minutes we were back on the road, with all warnings resolved, and cruise control back online, all at no charge. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mr Koby's dealership with full confidence of his values. More
Drove all the way from Pensacola to purchase Rooftop Cargo Storage box on my 2013 Outback based on an excellent price received from Gary. I also had side windows deflectors installed. All was done on time and properly although some residue of some kind of grease was found on my roof, underneath the box, after the roof box installation. Erin was great, friendly and professional. If it wouldn't be for the 60-some miles drive from my house, I would keep patronizing Koby for all my service and parts needs. More
I have never had a bad experience at Koby Subaru. Erin is the most accommodating person I have met in a long time. It doesn't bother me to have to sit and wait because I am always taken care of. Put new tires on my wife's 2007 E350 and was told by tire dealer they were unable to do a front end alignment due to camber bolts being worn. Called Erin in service department at Koby and set up next day app dealer they were unable to do a front end alignment due to camber bolts being worn. Called Erin in service department at Koby and set up next day appointment. She called and told me that the front springs were out of tolerance, causing the worn bolts. After discussion, she ordered OEM springs from MB, got them over the weekend, they were installed and cars drives like new. (Never noticed any problem other than slight pull to right before putting on tires.) While in the shop, they completed the "C" Inspection and corrected a very tiny oil leak. We had purchased an extended warranty from Koby when we bought the car and all we had to pay was the $100 deductible for the warranty work (springs, bolts and labor). As usual, the car was delivered back to us fully cleaned and vacuumed. This visit gave us an opportunity to see Koby's new facility on I65 and it is much larger and just as clean and neat as the previous location and the treatment and service, as always, was great. I have no affiliation or relationship with any personnel at Koby Subaru, I just like the way they do business and the way they treat people and Erin is one sharp, knowledgeable service rep. More
Took my wife's 2007 Mercedes E350 back for servicing and was greeted by Erin. She was great from the git-go and very, very knowledgeable about both my wife's car and my 2001 BMW 540i, which will soon need a was greeted by Erin. The service was fast and the car returned in top notch condition. While there, I talked with Rick at Alabama Auto Clean, Koby's detailing manager. I plan on taking my wife's car and maybe mine, in for detailing, as I've heard really good things about them and have seen their work. I think that a lot of dealers could take some lessons from this dealership. The premises, offices, waiting areas and work spaces are all absolutely clean and in good order and all the personnel are professional and courteous, as well as knowledgeable. More
i just had an 80,000 mile service done at Koby subaru, and i just wanted to say that it was the easiest service ive ever had! they picked my car up, serviced it and dropped it back to me, with a full deta and i just wanted to say that it was the easiest service ive ever had! they picked my car up, serviced it and dropped it back to me, with a full detail.. other dealers might want to take a page from Koby subaru, as this was the first time a dealer has even offered such a thing! ILL BE SURE TO DO ALL SERVICE AND PURCHASES FROM THOSE GUYS FROM NOW ON!! THANKS AGAIN!!! More
