Salesperson was excellent until I came in to finalize sale. Then the price was raised $2,000 and I was charged $500 for a car on lot. I was not provided basic warranty information or total cost of each sale. Then the price was raised $2,000 and I was charged $500 for a car on lot. The service department and dealership on the whole is much improved over Mobile Subaru. I did experience a frustrating problem after having the very expensive 30K mile service performed on my 2018 Forest much improved over Mobile Subaru. I did experience a frustrating problem after having the very expensive 30K mile service performed on my 2018 Forester, the next day the low windshield washer fluid level indicator illuminated. The fluid level had apparently not been checked, and certainly not refilled. This item is one of the listed items charged for on the service package. attention to detail, along with professionalism is valuable for customer satisfaction. More
