We had a HORRIBLE experience at Tameron Hyundai. We came in with my NIGHTMARE of 2019 Hyundai Tucson (if you haven’t looked into the issues that car has I encourage you - that car is a joke and the We came in with my NIGHTMARE of 2019 Hyundai Tucson (if you haven’t looked into the issues that car has I encourage you - that car is a joke and they know it - we were in the beginning stages of engine failure number TWO and catalytic converter change number THREE) to have it - as instructed by Hyundai corporate (car is out of warranty but I strongly believe they should stand by this xxxx car that’s less than 5 years old) - As soon as we pull in the service manager shuts down any hope we have of them submitting a claim to Hyundai and tells us it’s all on us for repairs. He then encourages us to get an estimate of my cars worth and see about getting into something else. At this juncture we didn’t know what to do. We go to the waiting room and he advises us to sit here and wait until he can get us a salesman to go look at cars. We waited a good 30 minutes for someone to come out for us. She comes out, and is friendly and shows us 2 different cars which takes up another good 30-45 minutes. Meanwhile we’ve still heard nothing about our cars value which is the whole purpose we came inside and sat down. After looking at those two cars we had to ask for the estimate of our cars value. My 2019 Hyundai Tucson with 120,000 miles was worth $2,000 to them….. we were just totally speechless. The lack of worth is all thanks to their company and their crap cars. We told them all the MANY things we’ve had to deal with this dumb car through my years of having it and here I am the consumer that’s just left to deal with it all. So my experience with Hyundai was paying roughly $20,000 for a hunk of GARBAGE that had constant issues even AFTER an entire engine swap. Then the company offers me a JOKE of an offer, that was such a slap in the face. Not to mention the sales manager comes over and prettily offers our payout of $3000 instead if we’d buy a car….. this place is a JOKE. The sales people are worried about making a sale and that’s IT. This place is slimmy and gross just like the rest of these greedy dealerships. Honestly Hyundai itself has turned into such a JOKE. I would NOT waste my time at this dealership and I would DEFINITELY not waste my time with a Hyundai. Also incase anyone’s looking, I’ll go ahead and plug Echo Park Birmingham. They have me over QUADRUPLE that offer AND sold me an amazing TOYOTA, with zero pressure to buy and lots of friendly faces. I can’t sing Echo Parks Praises enough. Whatever you do, just don’t buy Hyundai. More

Chris tried to overcharge me $150 for the services of my vehicle. Had I not pulled up the quote online and contested the charge I would have walked away none the wiser. This action demonstrates that I cannot trust the team to be honest or careful when they are ringing up charges. He did fix the charge right away but still, I was upset by the fact that he did not catch it sooner. I was also disappointed with the quality of communication from the services department. It was spotty at best and while they attempted to be detailed they never had answers to my questions besides platitudes or general blanket statements. More

Had to get a GDI flush so it took a little longer than normal but that was explained to me. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable.
