Excellent Service I brought my Genesis to Tameron after driver's side mirror came off a couple of days before Thanksgiving. Was able to go on-line and make an appointment early the next day. When I drove into the service department, I was greeted right away. Very professional and caring staff that work here. Their waiting area is high end much like Lexus. I did not have to wait long at all. The part had to be ordered and arrived the Friday after Thanksgiving. I was only there between 5 to 10 minutes max! I will be taking my car here from now on...highly recommend! More

He has a great sense of humor and is just a real, down-to-earth, nice person. He helped us find a great used car within our very limited budget that surpassed our "wish list." He walked us through the entire process and kept us laughing all the way. The management team was great too. They truly seem to have the customer's best interest at heart. Sure, they're in business to make a profit, but I really felt like they wanted us to get the best car available. In fact, when the first car we wanted failed to pass their inspection, they refused to sell it and instead gave us much better options. We ended up with a beautiful, gently used car for a great price. Financing was made easy too. The whole experience was pretty amazing.
