Gene for us in and out quickly and was very helpful. The only problem was the compartment below the steering column wasn’t put back properly and it fell out. I went to Tameron Honda for an oil change, tire rotation, and fluids check on March 24, 2021 before 8:00 am without an appointment. My Ridgeline was taken immediately for service. I did not want to spend 4.5 hours in a dealership. Courtney Richardson & Erika Stephens are great on the sales end. Really go that extra step to make sure you are taken care of and all needs met. Jay Johnson makes things happen on the back end.
