Kudos to salesman I have took another trip to Tameron to discuss my extended warranty with Mr. Seth Starnes. He has cleared up some misunderstanding for me. I now und I have took another trip to Tameron to discuss my extended warranty with Mr. Seth Starnes. He has cleared up some misunderstanding for me. I now understand that the warranty can be used nationwide according to him. This trip could have been prevented if I received a phone call back. I called this past Saturday and requested a call to discuss my concerns and I called the following Monday morning and request a call to discuss my concerns before making the 90 mile trip. I didn't receive a call. I arrived just to be sent away because the conversation we had made my understanding clear and that conversation could have been done over the phone. But all in all I do appreciate Mr. Starnes for having such great knowledge in his career field. I ran into Mr. Pedro Moore again and like always Outstanding customer service!! He help locate Mr. Starnes for me and ensured that I didn't have to wait nor experience any unpleasant issues like before. Mr. Pedro Moore is the person Tameron Honda needs to keep awards coming. I must use **SOCIAL MEDIA** to recruit for Mr. Pedro Moore. Remember to ask him all the questions that you can think of, he will answer with pure confidence. More
