My horror started Wednesday July 22, 2020! I took the paper work they requested around lunch time so they could start working on getting me financed (I dont have good credit). I left it with MARK WAGLEY who talked to me like a kid who had never purchased a car. Hes a prime example of why most people dislike a car salesmen! I returned that evening to get a update. I got there around 4:30 and sat listening to more BIG TALK from Mr. Wagley. for almost 2 hours until he decided to have me talk to CALVIN MITCHELL! Watch out Mr. Mitchell lies to cover another lie! He told me that night he had me approved!!Yes he said it took work but he found a bank that approved me! Thursday July 23 2020 I return to the dealership because after 3 phone calls to Mr. Wagley and NO RESPONSE I needed answers. I walked in at 4:10 Mr. Wagley walked right by me and never even spoke Mr. Mitchell would not acknowledge me till I walked to his office and i was told he didnt have time right now I would have to wait. I had already waited on him for 1 hr 10 min. I waited longer and asked another gentleman in the office to go ask him who he got me financed through. Mr. Mitchell told him he would talk to me in a minute. At 6:20 i left pissed Mr. Mitchell never came to talk to me. I call and asked Mr. Mitchell who he got me financed with and he told me he DID NOT have to tell me who he got me approved through! He was raising his voice with a very angry tone because nobody likes to get caught in A LIE! AT 6:30 i went right next door to EASTERN SHORE TOYOTA i was treated with respect, honesty, caring! The sales lady Kaitlin Byrd and manager Mr. Joel had me financed and in a vehicle within 1 hr. 15 min! Please do yourself a favor and walk right next door and ask for Kaitlin Byrd. Her and Mr. Joel will not lie or waste your time! If you do not believe me you can ask Kaitlin I was one very angry customer when I walked in but a very happy/pleased customer when I left EASTERN SHORE TOYOTA! Nobody deserves to be treated like I was treated! Does not matter if someone is rich or poor, good credit or bad credit we are all human with feelings! More
