AVOID TAMERON HONDA AT ALL COSTS! !! Let me start off by saying I had no problems with my salesperson, Nora. She was nice and pleasant. However, Nora and I could not able to negotiate !! Let me start off by saying I had no problems with my salesperson, Nora. She was nice and pleasant. However, Nora and I could not able to negotiate the sale. I was trading in my 2020 Honda Accord and the offer Tameron gave me was below KBB value. Nora and I went back and forth twice with negotiations. We were unable to come to an agreement. Fine, no problem. Nora says I MAY be able to get you the price you are asking for but in order for me to do that, I would have to call the general manager on his off day and get this approved. She goes on to say before I call him, I need a commitment from you that you will buy this vehicle. My response was you do not have to call your general manager, we do not need to continue going back and forth with negotiates, I'll come back some other time if I decide to buy this vehicle. Nora got up to get my key from the appraiser, but instead returned with the most IMMATURE, DISRESPECTFUL, man child I have ever dealt with, the sales manager, DAVID GALBRAITH. He xxxxxxdown in from of me, does introduce himself, doesn't greet me, instead he aggressively says "do you want this car or not." I said as I told Nora, this is a want, not a need and if we can't come to an agreement, no big deal. He YELLS, "you've been here for over an hour wasting my salesperson's time, either you want the car or you don't." I tell him I do not like your tone or the way you are speaking to me. It was my understanding that Nora was retrieving my car keys so I don't even know why you are here. I said please give me my keys so that I can leave. He YELLS at Nora, " Get her her keys, get her keys so she can leave." He then gets up, SNATCHES the negotiation paper off the table, xxxxx it up, and motions it in the air like is about to shoot a 3 pointer. I tell Nora that was very unprofessional and uncalled for. Her response was that is just the way he is, he speaks to everyone in that manner. I guess he gets results by BULLYING people and I'm willing to bet my last dollar which specific type of people he targets. I don't know what was more disturbing to me, the fact that he acted this way towards me and in front of everyone or that Tameron Honda allows this type of behavior from its employees, and a so called manager at that! I bought a new 2023 odyssey this year in the spring. After awhile I noticed the rear wiper blade wasn’t effective and it was leaving an indent on the glass. I inspected it and saw there was no rear wipe After awhile I noticed the rear wiper blade wasn’t effective and it was leaving an indent on the glass. I inspected it and saw there was no rear wiper blade on the vehicle. Mind you this was not just a cosmetic issue but a safety concern as well. Once glass had been damaged it will eventually crack and need to be replaced. Immediately I called the dealership to tell them my brand new car had no wiper blade and it had damaged the glass. They set me up with an appointment a month out. At this point I still hadn’t had my first oil change yet. Anyway I go to the appointment and they put a new blade on. They tell me they will submit a claim about the glass, but don’t even include anything in the paperwork about the damage glass, but verbally admit it was caused by the fact that there wasn’t a blade on the vehicle. Oh course they don’t follow up with me and I have to reach out to them. They tell me they will do nothing because the vehicle had been “inspected” before I purchased it and once I left I took ownership of it. I tell them I shouldn’t have to inspect the vehicle myself for things like wiper blades on a brand new car. Also a rear wiper blade doesn’t just go missing. An inspection is only as good as the person inspecting the vehicle. They obviously were sloppy because it’s a brand new car and there was no blade. So I decide to reach out to Honda corporate. They tell me I need the diagnostic paperwork. Which I asked the service advisor for several times and he refused to give it to me. I had to finally call a manager to get it emailed to me. Also the paperwork never mentions the glass even though that was the main purpose of the visit. So the Honda rep tells me it’s a workmanship issue and Honda won’t help me if the dealership won’t. Which means Honda is ok with poor workmanship and won’t enforce standards at the dealership level. All they do is manufacture the vehicle. They don’t care about the customer once they buy the vehicle. If it’s not specially a warranty issue they can’t be bothered. I spent 40 plus thousand dollars because I thought I was getting quality and good customer service. This isn’t my first new car and I’ve never seen such sloppy work or poor customer service. Instead of the dealership manning up and taking ownership of their mistake they blame me. The Honda rep even admitted on the recorded call wiper blades just don’t disappear. What could have been an inexpensive repair for the dealership is going to be a pricey repair for me. If you buy a new car from this dealership thoroughly look it over. Who knows what else is missing on their cars. Be advised they will not own up to their own mistakes. More

Vehicle was listed with a price online, with a red line through it, indicating you’ll get a better price when you come in. That’s merely an underhanded tactic to get you in the door and make you feel trapped. The actual sales price was the full visible price online, plus a $750 fee for not financing it there, plus a doc fee of $899. Don’t fall for the “red-line” scam, and don’t bother going to Tameron Honda unless you want to pay much more than a vehicle is worth. More

Did not do the work they said they did and left me stranded on the highway. I am 67 years old and needed my car serviced before going on a long road trip. They said the battery on my CRV was bad and stranded on the highway. I am 67 years old and needed my car serviced before going on a long road trip. They said the battery on my CRV was bad and THEY SAID relaced it along with an oil change, tire rotation and another $500 of work. I left on my trip and got as far as Meridian,MS … stranded! I have family there. After a lot of worry and stress and another conversation with Leon at Tameron he calmly said I must have got a bad battery and ALL I have to do is get it to a Honda Dealership and they would take care of it. No sympathy there…it was my problem. Honda in Meridian confirmed it was the battery but told me Tameron Service Dept charged me labor to replace the battery, gave me the warranty card and info for a new battery but did not charge me for a battery nor did they replace the battery. Honda in Meridian said Tameron was refunding the labor charges of around $22 and I could purchase a new battery from Meridian Honda for $150. No thank you. I had already given Honda $590 for work the SAID they did but how do I know that… if you forget the battery, did you actually do anything??? The battery was easy…how do you confirm an oil change, tire rotation, filter changes and fluid change for almost $600. I told Leon,my service rep, that I was leaving on a road trip and needed to get my car serviced. I trusted them to keep my car safe. However, I feel very violated and my trust with Honda service departments are non existent!!! I have a 2017 CRV…Im getting ready for a change. I’ll be checking with Toyoto next! More
