I recently bought a car from this Honda location and their customer service is horrible. They told me the car would include tags, licensing, and mats. The salesman (Matt) lied to me and I called because obviously I thought all of that would be included. Well they somehow tried to blame it on me. I talked with one of the sales managers (whoever isn’t Tom) and he basically made it seem like it was all my fault and that I cheated them. Disgusting. More

Never have I ever felt leaving more disrespected by a group that is supposed to have the reputation of being so wonderful to work with. I had to hound them to call me back several times with updates. Then when I actually show up to the dealership days later…Harold & his other coworkers lowballed me on the trade value of my vehicle (well under 6k of KBB value) then continues to further insult me on the phone more or less by beginning the conversation with “Let me try to put this as respectfully as I can…” UM NO?! That is not how you conduct yourself in a professional manner. But to cut many details short, I left without trading in my vehicle and almost felt like it was being insinuated that because I am a woman, I am dumb (for lack of a better term). More
