Buyer beware when dealing with Jason Sears on an internet deal. I was working with him on a used 2011 Ford Escape. I asked if the car had any defects. He said it had none. We agreed to a deal including my trade-in so I drove approximately 220 miles from the Mobile area to get the car for my daughter. Upon inspection of the car it had the following: rock chip in the front edge of the hood about the size of a pencil point, stains on the side of the back seat and significant surface scratches in the drivers door and window. Jason was not at the dealership on this Saturday so I was working with Erik Cresswell. He tried to wax out the scratches but they were still there. I declined to purchase the vehicle so I had a very disappointed daughter and a long ride home. I found out my definition of zero defects is very different than Mr. Sears. More

It didn't matter if it was a new vehicle or a clean used vehicle, the customer service was excellent, they answered all my questions, and they have always given me a fair deal. I have used them several times, will certainly go back, if and when the need arises, and have always recommended them to friends and family. In addition, their service department is far and above most other service departments in the region. More

I took my new Dodge Charger in for its first oil change. Everyone went out of the way to be friendly and courteous. I went home after having my oil changed and noticed a huge oil smudge on the drivers side Everyone went out of the way to be friendly and courteous. I went home after having my oil changed and noticed a huge oil smudge on the drivers side trim,the part your feet passes over when you get into the car. I spent about an hour scrubbing the oil smudge off. I went back for a second time thinking that it was just a one time deal. I got the same courteous welcome and everthing went well. I paid for my oil change and made sure the grease xxxxxx didnt drag his feet across the trim again. Everthing seemed okay, so I drove off. I got about a mile down the road and notice an oil smudge on the plastic trim near the drivers side window dangerously close to my cloth roof. I immediatly turned around and went back. I asked for the service manager and explained to him about how I had to clean up an oil smudge from the time before and that I had another one. I showed it to him and he went off to get a towell and some kind of cleaner. He scrubbed for about 5 minutes and got most of the stain out. I suggested to him that the person changing the oil shouldnt be the same person getting in and out of my car. He commented that he couldnt afford a person just to bring the cars in and out of the service bay. Well folks I dont know about you but if I spend 24,000 on a car Im not going to let some grease xxxxxx f**** it up. So I quess I will be going to jiffy lube from here on out. I can drive my car into the service bay myself. More
I continue to be impressed with Hugh Reynolds, Tina and Russell in the Service Dept. They are always so helpful and kind to me.
