Beware of no good maintenance contracts!! UPDATED!! UPDATE 9/15: I got a response from Dave Irwin on the matter of my car and was very pleased with his response to my complaints. Dave had the situation UPDATE 9/15: I got a response from Dave Irwin on the matter of my car and was very pleased with his response to my complaints. Dave had the situation cleared up in hours and I picked up my vehicle the next day. Thank you Dave. I have had my Infiniti G37 in this service department since 9/3 due to a sunroof leak that allowed water to drain behind the dashboard causing an electrical shortage when driven. This is a vehicle that I purchased from this dealership with a very expensive maintenance agreement suggested to cover most repair needs for this vehicle. Instead what I have gotten from the service department is that the first couple of days they didn't even look at the vehicle because 'they didn't have the right tools to work on it'. I guess you needed an Infiniti air hose to blow out the sunroof drains. I was next advised that the battery was dead and wasn't charging so I needed to buy a new battery before they could assess repairs so that they could start the car and move it to the bay. I have been hearing that same excuse for not working on the car for a week. I guess there is no other battery or jumper cables available to start the car and make a repair assessment. At this point, I have to consider that this dealership has no intention of honoring the maintenance contract they sold me. I am currently waiting for a return call from the service manager and if I should not hear from him I will try the owner or GM. Additionally, I think it is time to consider other complaint options. More

I PASSED A FEW OTHER SERVICE WRITERS, NOT ONE SPOKE TO ME, THERE WAS SALESMAN WHO PASSED BY ME WHILE I WAS SEATING OUT SIDE WALKED RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME HE COULD HAVE GOOD MORNING SIR ARE BEING TAKE CARE OF IN FACT HE DID NOT LOOK TO HAPPY ANYWAY. I WILL TELL NOW I WOULD ONLY COME TO HAVE MY MUSTANG TAKE CARE OF IF I WAS THE MANAGER I WOULD SURELY HANG ON TO TREENA ANDERSON, SHE IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO MADE ME FEEL WELCOME. Recently, we needed a small defect repaired that had been a problem for months. Tallahasse Ford Service fixed the problem promptly, but the car was just out of warranty. We paid the bill, but told the Sales Manager that perhaps Ford could cover the repair. The manager checked and said Ford could not cover, but that the dealer would reimburse the amount. I was grateful to have the issue researched so quickly, regardless of the final result. I very much appreciated the prompt courtesy and professional response. Excellent treatment. More

It's day 2 for me now and I still don't have an update after numerous calls and of course my favorite - NO CALL BACKS! If you guys didn't fix my car - I probably would raise more sand, but its the process to getting it fix that's so horrible and dreading. More

Don't hold your breath I dropped my explorer off at my scheduled appointment time of 9:30am. Around noon I hadn't heard anything about the status of my repair and tried calling my service consultant. I tried for four hours to reach him and the service manager. Finally at 4:30pm, seven hours after I dropped off my car, he informed me they weren't going to be able to get to it today. This is the most disorganized hillbilly circus I've ever experienced. It's amazing they can sell Fords in this town when you have to use this service center. Maybe they will get to my repair tomorrow... but I'm not holding my breath. In the meantime I have no means of transportation. More

Yes, it was there a litter longer then expected ,but she got me into a rental and I understand they are a very busy dealer. This is the first time EVER that I have been so pleased in a situation like this. Thank you thank you Teena Anderson, your the best best best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
