It took John/Tallahassee Ford three moths to get it fixed. During this three month period, I experienced terrible communication, very poor service, and above all, my door lock still doesn’t work. This is the worst dealership I’ve dealt with and they do not care about your business. More

After writing an email to the manager the serves employee stepped up his game a little but to be honest waiting 6 days for tires that then get lost and who knows when they will get here is a bit crazy. If it takes an additional week they better get me a car. My house was destroyed by Irma and I have missed 6 days of work thus far along with the coats of hotels and transportation. This tire change is going to cost me over $1,000 for two tires and has lost so far over 5,000 in work along with a possible loss in future work opportunities that have been lost during this time. Also the dealership is not budging on their price or $800 but hopefully they will accept my third offer for a price match. More
Zero stars for service I made an appointment well ahead of time for regular service, nothing complicated or special. It turns out that when the receptionist makes the appointment (and she's not in the service department -- you'll see later why this is a problem), she doesn't tell you it's not really an appointment, but just a "drop-off time." I drive two hours from my home in NW Florida, only to be eventually seen by an alleged "service consultant" who tells me "we've got a lot of cars today." (That is the extent of his "consulting.") I'll wait for it, I say, because I drove two hours to get here. After two and a half hours I'm still waiting, no word from service dude, who is MIA. I walk around the service department, lot, and showroom with no greeting, until finally some fellow asks me who I'm looking for. I'm told service dude is at lunch; it seems he left without updating me. I finally see that my car is still parked outside on the lot, and the fellow who bothered to engage me tells me they haven't touched it yet. I ask for a manager, and some other fellow who has been successfully ignoring me for some time finally pipes up. He's the "service drive manager." Did you tell them you were waiting, he asks. (Duh, yes.) It's already been started, says he. Then why is it parked outside in the lot? I ask. Oh, well, says manager guy, the mechanic must still be moving another car from the bay. I guess his idea of a car being worked on is different from mine (do they charge me for labor to move another person's car?), but let me say that my BS radar was going full blast at this point, on top of having to deal with an alleged service manager who lacks people skills. I ask how much longer this experience will take, and what the service will cost me (to this point I had not been shown an estimate, just presented with a clipboard with a form covered up except for the signature spot). I also ask what they will do to make up for how I've been treated. Service manager guy starts typing away at his desk and a few minutes later I still have no answer. I must have stumped him. I ask for my keys, and he eventually presents them to me without apology. Before driving away (with my car still unserviced) I did go to the reception area in the dealership to ask for the owner's and general manager's contact info. (I assume they'd want feedback, right?) It turns out this receptionist makes "appointments" for vehicle service; in fact she's in the midst of making an appointment for a fellow right then. How she is qualified to do this, I don't know. For years, I had my car serviced at a dealership in another state, and the service advisors make all the appointments. (They also report to the customers on the status during service as well as costs... that's a hint to you, folks at Tallahassee Ford Lincoln.) Anyway, the receptionist also gives me the name of the "customer experience" person, who did not answer the phone or return my voicemail. I wonder if she only deals with good customer experiences and not bad ones. Perhaps she will grace me with a pro forma boilerplate response to this review, along the lines of "please call us." In case she is thinking of it -- don't bother; I already called, honey. You didn't answer. Unless the reader of this review is under the impression that this experience is unique with this facility ... it isn't. This was my third visit here, and shame on me. My first visit consisted of sitting around for 1.5 hours just to get a key made. Second visit was for a drop-in oil change, and I was told they were too backed up to get to it. That's twice I left without service. Read the other reviews; you'll see similar complaints. More
Tallahassee Ford ROCKS!! I had previously taken my 2015 F150 to my local dealerships who destroyed it. Everything it went in for it came out with 3 more things broke. One deal I had previously taken my 2015 F150 to my local dealerships who destroyed it. Everything it went in for it came out with 3 more things broke. One dealership completely lied and never even looked at the issue. I was in the process of doing a buy back with Ford I was so upset. I took our truck to Tallahassee Ford and couldn't be in happier. In less than hour they found the broken piece that caused the panaoramic sunroof to not work and crack the glass. Once the part was ordered the entire roof was replaced in just a couple days as opposed to a week! My loaner vehicle was a brand new F150 with 4 miles on it! Joel my service man is top notch! The whole dealership is excellent with customer service! I applaud them in taking care of their customers and doing the repairs correctly and in a timely manner! I drive 2 hours just to take my vehicles there! My vehicles will never go to anyone else again! Thank you Tallahassee Ford! Ya'll are awesome!! More

Garbage....1 star I feel I'm owed 5 stars. We purchased an F150 Platinum. The dealership we purchased from called us to make arrangements for service drop off give a loaner. Moved here and use We purchased an F150 Platinum. The dealership we purchased from called us to make arrangements for service drop off give a loaner. Moved here and use this dealership to maintain Ford Service and the last 3 services we called to make appointments and told it's drop off only. When you drop it off your met with an employee saying 3 hour waits. WOW! Yesterday it was a 5 hour wait and we had to call to see if service was finished. I have purchased many Fords and this is the worst service department I have experienced. The protection plastic was left in truck with Keys. No next service sticker. No vacuum wash nothing. $100 extra to clean the vehicle. Loyalty to brand stops at signing the title paperwork. Next day your sent a text on "how did we do" Essentially this dealership wants you to take a day off for service. It's all about appearance. Not all Ford dealerships treat customers this way. Some have quality control. Some go the extra mile. $47 for a service id pay $ for a VIP program that completes the service at a reasonable time and details the vehicle after. I'd even pay $$ if they come pick the truck up/drop off. More
