Overwhelmed and Unorganized It's been over a week and I still have yet to hear what is actually wrong with my car, let alone when I'm going to be getting it back. The service support people kept telling me that they were overwhelmed with work orders and had no idea when my car would be done but still wanted to charge me $30 a day for a rental. They would have made $240 so far just by my car sitting in their lot. Mechanical failures suck but they have managed to make the entire experience absolutely miserable. If you can, go somewhere else for service. More
Extremely Happy I was pleasantly surprised with Tallahassee Ford’s staff and service. Before I even walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. I had a transmission issue and expected the worst. But, Joel and Fred took care of me! The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a half a day. They definitely have their stuff in order over there. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend bringing your car here for all its maintenance needs! More
Another dealer needs to open a Ford dealership in town Just called to get a small rattle looked at on my 2018 F250 that I bought from them. Was told it will be at least mid may. Thats 75 days away. Broke down while traveling to Mississippi We broke down while traveling to Mississippi and had to be towed in. My husband was beside himself as we were on our way to a funeral. Dennis took us in and had our truck immediately looked at by your diesel mechanic Jeff. Dennis was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of diesel engines. The mechanic got us fixed in about 4 hours and Dennis even got us a ride on the shuttle so we could get something to eat while we waited. This was the best experience we've ever had in a service Department, even better than our hometown dealership. Dennis is a true asset to your dealership and we wholeheartedly appreciate everything he did. More

Long story short ... my Aux was not working They told me there was Gunk , sludge in it ! And it would cost $250 not iundet warranty I knew this was not possible !!!! And they charged $80 they claimed diagnostic to come to this conclusion ! No fast forward ! Had a family friend Lool for me ! And guess what! It was just unplugged !!! And the little piece that locks it in place broken NO gunk no anything and they were going to make me pay $250 for it being unplugged ! This is outright THEFT ! Sadly no one from Ford seems to care so ill now be loud about it this is not a mistake ! This was a deliberate attempt to rip me off !!!!! Please be careful !!!!!! I should have been contacted ! The man who immediately saw it was unplugged was furious I sat there with him as he looked ! Since no one apparently cares I’ll do what I can to make sure it does not happen to anyone ! More

Our daughter bought a brand new 2017 Ford Fiesta a year ago with the service package fo. At the first oil change, she told them the AC unit was making a strange noise. The service tech said it was normal. At the next oil change/service appointment, she told the service rep that the knocking coming from the AC had been getting louder and longer. He stated it was normal and we did not have an appointment even though she had a print out with the appointment date and time. He turned her away and told her to go to Jiffy Lube. She stated she had a service package and he then told her that she had to go to Jacksonville for the oil change. Jacksonville changed the oil but stated they could not fix the AC that it was Tallahassee Ford's responsibility. Don't buy from Tallahassee Ford! More
Consistently Bad I've owned Ford trucks for more than 20 years. As Tallahassee Ford's Service Dept is so bad, I switched to a GMC for a year but hated it and bought an I've owned Ford trucks for more than 20 years. As Tallahassee Ford's Service Dept is so bad, I switched to a GMC for a year but hated it and bought another Super Duty. I paid the price taking it to Tallahassee Ford for service. I had several horrible experiences starting with staff. Non-responsive, bad repairs, and the end for me was when they put a nice dent the driver door of my 1 month old truck. This was the 3rd or 4th trip to them for the same problem (alignment, bad pull). They let me drive out of there as if I wouldn't notice. A day or two before that, I drove out of the parking lot and the **** steering wheel was on sideways. I guess this is how they decided to hide the steering pulling issue. The service manager paid for the door to be repaired at my choice of paint shop but I had to shell out $300 for an alignment shop to fix the original problem. I tried them again a few years later when my 3rd sensor error (under warranty) occurred and the vehicle was disabled. I called and was told it would be 2-3 weeks before they could even look it (so much for a warranty). Nothing had changed. Same place that allows you to make appointments to leave you car with them all day for an oil change. Try calling over and over and never an answer or response to messages. The last time I tried to get oil change, I dropped it off for an 8:00 am pre-scheduled appointment and picked it up at 5:30 PM with NO SERVICE. So maybe I just have bad luck but I hear the same stories from everyone I know. I've always said the problem with Tallahassee Ford is that they have WAY more service demand than they can handle and as we all know, when demand exceeds supply, you can afford to let them walk out unhappy. That's Tallahassee, Ford's prerogative but I submit that this is akin to fraud selling vehicles with Warranties (now offering free 200,000 miles) and not being able to deliver Warranty service without days, and weeks of waiting. Heck, why not just give everybody Lifetime Warranties, its not as if the dealer can deliver on that any more than a standard 5 year warranty. I should not care except I love the product. All I can do is head to Havana Ford and Thomasville Ford (much less capacity) when I have to get Ford dealer service but I just can't make myself buy another Ford with a worthless warranty again. Bad customer service To whom it may concern, I recently had a serious issue with my Ford truck, It started out with my Turbo and my Diesel Exhaust Filter. The day I question I was scheduled to take my truck to Tallahassee Ford. I ultimately had to use my vehicle insurance warranty. I had accidentally put DEF fluid in my fuel tank. I understand that was my fault. But after I paid for my truck to be fixed i had to return to Tallahassee Ford because of a collapsed fuel line.I was instructed by the service Representative Dennis Scott I would have to pay another 100.00 deductible I then told MR. Scott that was not acceptable as it was paid for by my auto insurance and that was insurance fraud. Mr. Scott then became belligerent with me. I then asked to speak to his supervisor. He then got Colby Bass and Mr. Bass then got the General Manager Tom Workman. Mr. Bass and Mr Workman resolved the issue at hand and my truck was resolved. However I will never use Mr. Scott in the future due his unprofessional attitude> i have always had a pleasant experience with Tallahassee Ford I own a automotive business myself. I have to call the parts counter quite frequently and have never had this kind of experience with them. I will continue to use Tallahassee Ford thru the parts counter. Donnie Cain More
