I scheduled service on my company van 2 weeks out. I was first on-site to drop it off the morning as scheduled at 7:30 AM, for simple reprogramming of the cruise control to enable this option. I had added the necessary hardware and just needed a simple 15 minute program update. I was asked to leave it, which I did. Around 2:30 that afternoon I got a call from the service department stating they "overbooked" for the day and couldn't get to my van. No apologies, just can you leave it overnight. I reminded the person that it was a work van and I couldn't pull it from use for another day. I have to wonder why I made and appointment for 7:30 AM, if they weren't able to get to it the entire day. They had no problem sending me a reminder of my 7:30 AM appointment by email the day before. Why then couldn't they have sent an email at the end of the day before notifying me they needed to reschedule because they were backlogged. This is not customer service, it's a total disregard for customer service. It's a total disregard for the value of my time and the loss of a company vehicle from use for a day. Seriously, it will take less time to drive to Thomasville or Perry to get this done. Oh, and I do thank you for helping me make a decision on my next company vehicle. After much deliberation on which model Transit to buy, I decided to go Nissan instead as a result of this experience. I don't get a thrill out of giving this review highlighting poor service. I would much rather have good things to say and a properly programmed van. I only convey my honest experience. More
Immediate service for long-distance traveler I was traveling from Illinois to Florida at the very end of December 2019 when I hit a raccoon. Did not notice until the next morning that part of my air deflector was detached and dragging. Drove to this dealership which was close by to where I had spent the night. A gentleman came out and took a look at the problem. I waited a mere few minutes before my vehicle was taken into the service area and the deflector was detached so my fellow travelers and I could continue on our next long drive to southern FL. The gentleman who first inspected my car problem also printed out the parts that I would need to order and have installed when I got back home. Can’t be more appreciative that my car problem was addressed so quickly so we could continue on with our trip!! People were friendly and professional. AND, NO CHARGE!! Thank you again! I can book a service directly with him and also when my car died he really helped me out, I managed to get my car to him within 45 mins, he got it looked at and got my car back on the road within a few hours. Technically I had gone over the 36K miles, but had scheduled the appointment before I had gone over and they are honoring the repair under my warranty. The part is on back order but they cleaned my car in the meantime which really made my day! Thanks Tallahassee-Lincoln Ford for making this experience exceptional. More

Amazing Professional #1 Service Amanda was Instrumental in getting my 89 year old Dad back on the road while he was traveling from Panama City Beach to Cocoa Beach, FL with a 16' tr Amanda was Instrumental in getting my 89 year old Dad back on the road while he was traveling from Panama City Beach to Cocoa Beach, FL with a 16' trailer in tow. While on I-10 , his Ford 150 truck started to shake and shimmy ang the Engine warning lit up. He had to get off the highway, unhook the trailer and find a Ford dealership fast. When he got to Tallahassee Ford, he explained that he needed to get the truck fixed ASAP, and get back on the road with the trailer and drive another 6 hours to Cocoa Beach. She took him in and made sure that his Truck wes attended to and it was fixed in only a few hours. He was able to go back to where he had unhooked the trailer, hook it back up and he made it to his destination that evening. She saved him from having to stay in a hotel overnight, and he was able to make it to his Grandsons house that same day! He said that Amanda Walser was amazing and that he would recommend her to anyone needing service at Tallahassee Ford! More
They are ALWAYS slammed!!!! I go there early that morning and there was hardly anyone there! And all I needed was for my horn to be repaired. If this keeps happened I plan on doing business elsewhere!! More

Horrible service department Went in for some warranty work on my brand new 2018 f150. First advisor told me he wouldn't look at my truck at all until it had 15k miles on it..its brand new and having issues, would wouldn't you look at it? So another advisor helped me out. Few days went by and I was told I possibly needed a new motor at 10k miles!! Few days went by went in to get a rental and was told my truck was ready to be picked up. That they updated the pcm and it fixed it !! Yeah right the next day back to a terrible riding truck. Either it didnt work or nother was ever done. The mileage in/out was completely crazy which makes think nothing was ever done. Now I have another appt next month and I really have no trust that something will be done to fix my 50k dollar truck..thankfully I bought the 100k miles warranty More
