I wouldn't get a vehicle from these condescending jerks if they gave me a free one. Salesman cursed three times during our initial chat in the parking lot. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!! if they gave me a free one. Salesman cursed three times during our initial chat in the parking lot. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!! More
After reading some negative feedback about Tallahassee Ford, my wife and I were hesitant to go there for new car shopping. However, it being the only Ford dealer within a reasonable distance, we stopped i Ford, my wife and I were hesitant to go there for new car shopping. However, it being the only Ford dealer within a reasonable distance, we stopped in anyway to test drive a new Escape. I'm glad we did, because the overall event, from the moment we approached the showroom to the final price negotiation, was a great experience. The staff was professional, pleasant, helpful, and knowledgable, and it was apparent that this dealership wants to sell cars and has a good handle on how to please customers. We sat comfortably at an open area in the showroom with Woody, the sales representative, and not rat-holed in a closed cubicle, while we discussed the deal, pricing, and so forth. In less than a half hour, we had negotiated a price and trade that both sides could live with. An hour later, we were on our way with a new Escape. Many thanks to Woody, Chris, and Sandy. More
I tried to buy a new 2011 F150 4x4 Supercrew, but was treated so poorly that I drove to Orlando and bought it there. I then tried to have a simple service performed, but they couldn't figure out how to treated so poorly that I drove to Orlando and bought it there. I then tried to have a simple service performed, but they couldn't figure out how to do it, even though it's in the manual. Next I tried to schedule a "Recall" Service via a letter from Ford, but they have not confirmed (required) that they can service the truck or keep the appointment? The truck itself is great! The dealership on the other hand should either find a new manager to take charge of customer service, or be closed! More

After the sale Tallahassee Ford acted like bullies when I had question about the sales agreement two days after the sale. I admit it was my fault I should have read the sale agreement closer or take the agr had question about the sales agreement two days after the sale. I admit it was my fault I should have read the sale agreement closer or take the agreements to a lawyer before I signed them. I am not sure but service after the sale, shouldn't bullying when question about the sale process are made. Although our salesmen Tim was not there my wife and I wanted to talk about the discrepancies in the contact. I should not have been bullied and threatened by sales manager and 10 plus sales personal in the show room. I don't buy trucks for a living, I feel the process has been made too complex for the average person. I will never buy a truck from Tallahassee Ford and would suggest the same for everyone else wanting a Ford. More

I took my car in here and paid several hundred dollars to ultimately be told they couldn't fix it. More fool me, yeah, I know, but also bad practice for them. All I can do, said the guy who 'handled' this, i ultimately be told they couldn't fix it. More fool me, yeah, I know, but also bad practice for them. All I can do, said the guy who 'handled' this, is have a salesman call you and see if we can get you in another car. Guess what call never came? And here's the irony - I now have the money to pay cash for a car, and guess who will never get my business? More
Bill asked pertinent questions about my vehicle maintenance concerns and gave easy to understand answers to my questions. He offered shuttle service to the mall so I could shop while my vheicle wa maintenance concerns and gave easy to understand answers to my questions. He offered shuttle service to the mall so I could shop while my vheicle was being serviced and sent it to pick me up when I was done. My Mariner was fixed right the first time and returned in as clean a condition as I left it in - no mess left by the mechanic inside or outside the SUV! No surprises...no this additional work needs to be done; no additional cost at check out. Just professional and friendly service. More
When I took my car in right before the warranty was up I dealt with Chuck Gay. He never called me back about anything and told me the same excuse for three weeks that the technican hadn't looked at the car dealt with Chuck Gay. He never called me back about anything and told me the same excuse for three weeks that the technican hadn't looked at the car and he would call me back in 5 minutes. Well he obviously can't tell time. Three weeks later I had nothing fixed on my vehicle was charged for it and had my neon lights broken, my e-brake boot ripped off and was told that I broke all of them and that I wouldn't be able to prove that they did it...funny when I went in they all worked fine? I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More
Purchased an 04 Truck- had to have warranty work two months after purchase-Still having problems took it to location closest to work, Technicians couldn't find anything wrong claimed it was "tire noise" months after purchase-Still having problems took it to location closest to work, Technicians couldn't find anything wrong claimed it was "tire noise" insisted I take it back to location that did first repair because they are the ones that looked at it the second time when we took it in for an oil change. THey put it on the rack said the bushings were worn and that technician did hear the "popping" noise. THey didn't have time to fix it right then because the "front end man" wasn't there. Tried to schedule on 2 different occassions they never had time to get it in. Dusty the technician who said bushings were worn, said that he didn't recall saying that, and he couldn't find anything wrong with it either and all parts looked fine to him. Funny, the warranty is almost up, maybe that is why they can't find anything wrong with it. Will NEVER purchase another FORD and we will trade this one!! More
