This is by far the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. Diego Cabrera and Dan Saraiva made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I drove almost 500 miles to purchase my 2013 Ford Edge. They had everything organized and hassle-free. They explained all of the features of the car very well and I felt 100% comfortable with my purchase. I will be buying ALL of my cars from them. The distance will never be too much! Thank you all for the great experience!!!! More

After doing my research on the car I wanted, I looked for it using websites from dealerships in different states. One of the states that had the car I wanted was this Florida, dealership (Tallahassee Ford Li it using websites from dealerships in different states. One of the states that had the car I wanted was this Florida, dealership (Tallahassee Ford Lincoln ). I called the dealership, and I spoke with Joe Cook. He was so helpful and kind. He started to run numbers for me to give me an idea of how much this car was going to cost me. He was professional, respectful, honest on the phone and I knew he was a sales person I could deal with ( other dealerships in other states got crossed off my list because they were rude, too aggressive or just plain unprofessional and I didn't trust them). But Joe Cook was excellent. Lisa helped me get the finance forms online when I called back during Joe's day off. It's nice that they are a team and they work together to help the buyer and make the sale happen in a timely fashion. I prayed about getting a new car for many years, This is my first new car, and I am happy that I got to meet this team of great people. They understood that I needed as much information prior to walking into the dealership because I was coming from out of state, and I just couldn't fly out there without being sure. So I flew to Tallahassee on Tuesday night and on Wednesday night I had already bought my car. Bill Hubbard helped me get familiar with Ford Sync technology, we synced my phone with the car system - great software by the way! - and off I went with my new car! Thank you Joe Cook for being so professional, helpful, honest and a great human being. Thank you Joe Cook, Lisa Marie Leverance, Dan Saraiva, Bill Hubbard, you are all a great team. Thank you,. Blessings to you all. More
I went to buy a '13 Mustang and decided to visit this dealership as I live here in town. Me and my friend walked in and nobody talked to us, even looked at us for 45 minutes. We walked around and looked dealership as I live here in town. Me and my friend walked in and nobody talked to us, even looked at us for 45 minutes. We walked around and looked at cars, walked into the lobby and at no point did a salesman contact us. We finally flagged down a salesman and was told that they were busy. When I went back, they attempted to sell me a different car than what I was looking for, which is fine, but I was there to buy a specific car and they were unwilling to do so, litterally unwilling. Their service department is marginally better if not hugely overpriced. More
Excellent service department. Fair prices with fast friendly service. Vehicle was fixed correctly and when promised. Great place to purchase tires. Not a good experience at the Tallahassee Ford dealership. The salesman was not bad, albeit a little inexperienced, but my main gripe was the sales manager. His general pitch was customers show up and generally get the price they want after the 2nd visit. Since this was my 4th visit (according to him), we can't satisfy you, but that's okay we'll sell the car to someone else. Excuse me sir, but on the 1st visit, my wife practically had to hand pick our own salesman since the first one who greeted her seem disinterested and at one point walked off without explanation. On the second visit, we agreed on the vehicle but the color I wanted was not in stock. The third visit we could not agree on price and color. I (not them) had to call back to further the negociations. We finally agreed on the price (which I'm glad I didn't pay since another Ford dealer noted the drive off fee and taxes I would have paid) but dangit, I'm paying for the vehicle, I should get what I want. His condescending attitude was "Phhfftt! Good luck in finding what you want, it's just not going to be from us." Uh, excuse me sir. I'm the customer, trying working with me a little harder, try selling me a car instead of having to pursue YOU. I'm perfectly within my right of negotiating and getting what I want, plus I'm easygoing.. Try to be friendlier and less condescending. Luckily, the next place I tried went flawless and I got what I wanted. My point is, if you want to buy a Ford and you're in Tallahassee, try Havana, Perry, Jacksonville etc. Many other people I spoke with had similar, unpleasant experiences with this place. I'm not surprised. More
After reading the negative reviews from this particular dealer, I was very hesitant to visit it. However, I heard that it had new management and so I decided to take a drive to it. I was very impressed wit dealer, I was very hesitant to visit it. However, I heard that it had new management and so I decided to take a drive to it. I was very impressed with the quality of service I received and the great Ford lease programs they offered. I have never wanted to do a lease, but I was unable to refuse it after the awesome deal I was offered. The service was definitely great from the salesman to the general sales manager. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is on the market for either a new or used vehicle. More
I would get vehicle inspected by a reputable dealer before purchasing from this place!! I would also have a body shop look over vehicle even if it has a clean car fax . They do a lousy job at inspectin before purchasing from this place!! I would also have a body shop look over vehicle even if it has a clean car fax . They do a lousy job at inspecting what they sell! Will never buy from them again for they are not honest! More
I purchased on September 15th 2012 a used 2007 GMC Envoy Denali from Tallahassee Ford. I paid a fair value for the truck based on miles and year. 18 days after purchase I found out that the truck needs a Denali from Tallahassee Ford. I paid a fair value for the truck based on miles and year. 18 days after purchase I found out that the truck needs a new engine. Their Limited Warranty does not cover the issue and Tallahassee ford is not helping. The mechanic that found the issue said this is something that has been ongoing and did not happen recently and should have been seen by their so called 125 Point Pre-Delivery Gold Check Inspection of the vehicle. There was no disclosure regarding any engine issues. So after paying a little over 18K for the truck I now need to spend an additional 7K for a new engine. I don't know how their new car sales are with these guys, but the sales manager Dale and the used car side of the business is a joke. DO NOT BUY USED FROM TALLAHASSEE FORD or you will be very sorry.
