I found a vehicle online that I was interested in. Drove over the next day to test drive. I told the saleman, kaleb, my budget. He agreed this vehicle was in my budget. They brought me a ridiculous price which would have costed me $34,800. MSRP of this vehicle is $22,000! They told me that was the absolute best they could do. I told them no and that I was leaving. The manager stopped me on the way out and somehow they could do a price around $10,000 less! So obviously they thought I was an idiot and were going to take advantage of me. Anyways, I get the vehicle home and the next day the battery is dead. I called them...got transferred to about six different people before they found the most arrogant person they had to deal with it. Long story short...I had to buy my own battery. I will never do business there again and urge others to steer clear of this place. More

I came in to have a truck key made. I was given misinformation by the parts counter on cost of "programming" key. As I was talking with the service writer and being told there was a significant ch misinformation by the parts counter on cost of "programming" key. As I was talking with the service writer and being told there was a significant charge and waiting time, Service Manager Jeff Carroll inquired about the conversation and took it upon himself to program the key and saved me the programming cost. His attitude was great, his willingness to assist me as the customer shows that TFLM has the right person for this job. He has good people skills (even for a Saturday morning). In November 2013 I visited this dealer and was greeted by Diego Cabrera. He seemed like he really did not want to talk to me. When I asked about a cars selling price and he responded with a price that was ab Diego Cabrera. He seemed like he really did not want to talk to me. The manager was too kind as well. He was so generous and helpful. I have Never been treated so well by any car dealer in my life. The only issue I had was with finance and accounting. It took several times to get the paperwork straight and the registration correct. Other than that it was an amazing experience. I still give the whole experience a 4.5, which is a great minus. More
