So when I was losing coolant a week after buying, I went to Tallahassee Ford. First visit I was informed they were too busy, so I scheduled an appointment for 1p the next day. Took off work and headed for the dealer. The computer "lost" my appointment. I was again informed that they were too busy for me to simply wait. I set another appointment for 8a a couple of days later. I use my truck for work,and informed Bill of that from the beginning. I cleared my work schedule and arrived at 7:45 for my 8a appointment. I got a ride to my office, and did what work I could for the day. At 5, I hear it will be the following morning for my truck, so I clear another day of inspections I need to do to make a living. At 9a I call and find out my truck is on the hoist, and being inspected. 45 minutes later, I am called and told it needs a part from Atlanta, and it will be ANOTHER day. Now, the inspection of my truck appears to have taken no more than a couple of hours. Had that actually happened on the day I was scheduled, that part would have been ordered, and this would have been settled in two days. Because of their apparent chronic overbooking, they have cost me a 3rd day of work. The general impression I get is that they book the service dept far beyond capacity, and fail to communicate this to the customer. Had I been told 3 days to begin with, I would have scheduled accordingly, but instead, I was simply put off, repeatedly, with no consideration for my loss of income, due to their poor management. This is not how I treat clients and I do not understand how Tallahassee Ford feels this is an acceptable business practice. More

In today's social media world is the only choice as word gets around fast. That said, it is still a car selling business. You need to do your homework. In my case, what started as a "miscommunication" quickly was turned into a sale by Diego. I was dealing with the internet sales folks prior to meeting Diego. He worked very hard to answer all my questions and even meet my price expectations. Before I was introduced to Diego, I had decided to reconsider my dealership choice, but Diego saved the day. Credit is due to the team behind the scenes as I know that many bosses have to sign-off on a deal. Diego knows his product and the business well. The best that Diego offers is that he listens to what you want and need and goes to work for you. Finally, it is very unusual to buy a car without feeling pushed or cheated. If you see Diego and did your homework, you will feel you got a fair deal, treated honestly, and happy to recommend Diego! More

So, when we decided on purchasing a truck, we went online to a few dealerships. We reached out to all 3 via either email or instant chat. LaToyota from Ford was the only one to respond and offer to set us up with a visit to test drive the truck we were interested in. So, we went the next day. We were greeted promptly and the sales manager came out and set us up with Harry. Everything was so smooth from test driving the truck to signing on the dotted line. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had from a car dealership. I would highly recommend them to purchase your next car or truck. More

When I first came to Ford I had a laundry list of things I wanted my vehicle to be equipped with however, was also fairly new to the vehicle purchase experience and scared as this is going to be my first large financial purchase I've made. I'm not the most easy person to deal with as I can be knit-picky and stubborn and I'm also an accountant which causes me to be fairly nervous with large purchases, however Ryan was able to provide wonderful help when it came to modifying my requests for my vehicle to perfect it's performance for what I wanted to use it for and also helped me map out a budget in order to achieve the down payment I wanted so I could prepare for the most financially responsible payment I could afford. If you are looking for a salesman who truly cares for his clients, their needs, and their budgets, who is patient and knowledgable, and actually sticks to his word while consistently touching base with you as a client, this is the person I'd reccomend to anyone and everyone here in the Tallahassee Area.
