BUYER BEWARE. Purchased what we thought was 2019 F150 BUYER BEWARE. Purchased what we thought was 2019 F150 FX4. After taking home, realized that there were no skid plates (basic to an FX4). Took it bac BUYER BEWARE. Purchased what we thought was 2019 F150 FX4. After taking home, realized that there were no skid plates (basic to an FX4). Took it back to Tallahassee Ford to inquire and was told as a used vehicle, that an FX4 decal does not mean it is an FX4. What? So, they have a truck on the lot that displays (and sells) as an FX4 but is not really an FX4? Even our sales person was shocked. Talked to manager Bob Hewitt and he says, "That's the way it is" and "It's not up to the dealership to verify what we are selling is indeed what we are selling. That's the buyer's responsibility." Simply put, do not trust Tallahassee Ford. They are not honorable. They are deceptive. So much for supporting local business. More
Had an emergency passing thru with our 2012 Ford Expedition. Contacted service center in the am. They knew we were coming & about the problem we were having & that we might need a tow .We got car to Expedition. Contacted service center in the am. They knew we were coming & about the problem we were having & that we might need a tow .We got car to them by about 3 pm. We talked to service, who instructed us to keep car running while we waited. After hour+ wait, they said we can't see you today. No help with a rental, no concern with our situation. Decided we better move on & hope that the next Ford Service Center has more concerns & better service for customers than this one has. More

I scheduled service on my company van 2 weeks out. I was first on-site to drop it off the morning as scheduled at 7:30 AM, for simple reprogramming of the cruise control to enable this option. I had added the necessary hardware and just needed a simple 15 minute program update. I was asked to leave it, which I did. Around 2:30 that afternoon I got a call from the service department stating they "overbooked" for the day and couldn't get to my van. No apologies, just can you leave it overnight. I reminded the person that it was a work van and I couldn't pull it from use for another day. I have to wonder why I made and appointment for 7:30 AM, if they weren't able to get to it the entire day. They had no problem sending me a reminder of my 7:30 AM appointment by email the day before. Why then couldn't they have sent an email at the end of the day before notifying me they needed to reschedule because they were backlogged. This is not customer service, it's a total disregard for customer service. It's a total disregard for the value of my time and the loss of a company vehicle from use for a day. Seriously, it will take less time to drive to Thomasville or Perry to get this done. Oh, and I do thank you for helping me make a decision on my next company vehicle. After much deliberation on which model Transit to buy, I decided to go Nissan instead as a result of this experience. I don't get a thrill out of giving this review highlighting poor service. I would much rather have good things to say and a properly programmed van. I only convey my honest experience. More

Immediate service for long-distance traveler I was traveling from Illinois to Florida at the very end of December 2019 when I hit a raccoon. Did not notice until the next morning that part of my air deflector was detached and dragging. Drove to this dealership which was close by to where I had spent the night. A gentleman came out and took a look at the problem. I waited a mere few minutes before my vehicle was taken into the service area and the deflector was detached so my fellow travelers and I could continue on our next long drive to southern FL. The gentleman who first inspected my car problem also printed out the parts that I would need to order and have installed when I got back home. Can’t be more appreciative that my car problem was addressed so quickly so we could continue on with our trip!! People were friendly and professional. AND, NO CHARGE!! Thank you again!
