This has been the worst experiences ever! As well as customer service! I DONOT recommend as they do not care for their customers! I should have known buying a vehicle from a guy who says to call him "cornbread" that the vehicle was not going to be worth it! I have had my suv for about 2 months and the service department at CHEVY has seen and drove it more than me! Chrysler told me the day I purchased the car that it was serviced and nothing was wrong with it. I took it to Chevy and they have fixed on the suv numerous of time and currently. I haven't even made a first payment on the suv and its already breaking down! I was on my way home from picking my kids up and almost wrecked on the interstate because something was wrong with the suv! You think they care?!?! And Chrysler REFUSE to help or give me loaner to help with the inconvenience. So basically I have to make payments on a vehicle I don't even have! This is highly unprofessional and I've brought 2 cars from Chrysler and NEVER dealt with any of this mess before! Currently STILL without a car! More

We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and really haven’t had bad experiences until now something has changed. If your thinking of purchasing extra services for your vehicle they offer wheel r really haven’t had bad experiences until now something has changed. If your thinking of purchasing extra services for your vehicle they offer wheel replacement or repair do not buy it they do not honor that service it has been seven months since we requested 3 wheel repairs with chance of getting a time frame as to when it will even get scheduled in, also if you get the one key a year FOB replacement if you loose it that will take 3 months personal experience, we may have 4 wheel repairs now because the last time we had the car serviced they rotated the tires and let my wife drive off with the lug nuts loose thank goodness nobody got hurt the service used to be top notch hopefully they can get back on top .
