Ms. Alma went so far above and beyond for me for the purchase of my new jeep. I just cannot put into words how amazed I was that someone would go through so much trouble to make sure that I was going to purchase of my new jeep. There was no "smoke and mirrors" with her, which is almost impossible to find when it comes to shopping for a new car. There was not one thing that I asked for that she didn't deliver (10 fold). I just wish I could truly put into words what a wonderful person this is to work with, and how far she went out of her way to make sure that I was 100% happy. There really are no words to describe the experience I had working with her. I felt more like I was family than I did a customer with her. Flipped my 2015 Grand Cherokee. The engine locked up because I went in for and oil change and they did not do it. They said I would be good for another 75k miles. So I drove another The engine locked up because I went in for and oil change and they did not do it. They said I would be good for another 75k miles. So I drove another 30k on old oil. Big mistake. I guess they thought I would come back for a new engine. From now on I wouldn't touch the front door to this dealership with a 50 mile stick and I will be doing my own maintenance from now on or going to someone I know will do the job right. I ALMOST DIED. Stay away! !! Avoid this dealer. I will start off by saying that I started off receiving lies from the jump. I was told one interest rate and that payment would !! Avoid this dealer. I was told one interest rate and that payment would be due in 60 days to only be told (in the finance dept the interest rate was higher and payment due in 45 days. But the finance officer tried to run through the paperwork so fast thinking that I wouldn't notice (but I proceeded because I was going to refinance with my credit union anyway. Well, I thought would have been my only problem until I started having issues with my tires. Took the car to a local tire shop to find out all my tires needed to be replaced, not to mention that an alignment was needed. How can I purchase a car from a new car lot after trading in my 2020 Dodge Challenger to only end up with a car that I have to spend $1800 on within 2 months of owning this car. The car that I traded in was in better shape than the car I just purchased. When I informed the dealership, nothing has been done and I have gotten nothing but the runaround. I have truly learned my listen and will NEVER purchase another car from this dealership in my life nor will I encourage anyone to do any business with this dealership. This has been the worse experience ever. I went from a 2020 Challenger SXT to 2019 392 Shaker....they truly have made my buying experience of a dream car the worse time of my life. WAY TO GO TALLAHASSEE DODGE!! Buyer Beware even if they say that the car has been serviced prior to selling....DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Check everything even the tires because my car needs an alignment and 4 new tires, one tire has a patch, a plug and 3 small nails in it. I would have never purchased this car if I knew this!! More
