I took ownership of my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 9-22-12. Over the next few days I drove the car about 90 miles when the "check engine" icon lit up. Upon looking under the car I saw a puddle of pi 9-22-12. Over the next few days I drove the car about 90 miles when the "check engine" icon lit up. Upon looking under the car I saw a puddle of pink liquid forming on the ground near the left front wheel. I took the car to the Service Department on 10-2-12 and met with Service Advisor Paul Falzone. Paul told me that with their present high workload they probably wouldn't get to look at the problem until late in the day and suggested that I could ride the Shuttle home and back when the car was repaired. Much to my surprise Paul called me at home about one hour later to report that they inspected the car and found a faulty radiator hose and had ordered the necessary parts. The car was repaired and I picked it up the next day. Paul's action in analyzing the problem quickly and ordering out the needed parts kept my loss of use to a minimum. Thank you Paul. More
