If I could give this place 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE. Bought a brand new dodge durango, have had the same issue with it 3 times…haven’t fixed it yet. They are hot garbage. They are the worst experience I’ve had with a business. Need to shut them down. More

Left 4 hours later being told that they won't work on it till I wash the undercarriage and with a new crack in my windshield that ran about 75-80% of the height of my windshield. Service Director, David, let me know in no uncertain terms that it was my problem to deal with. More

Overall, the experience of dealing with this place was bad to say the least. We went to the dealership to look for a vehicle and found one for purchase. The first sales guy was okay we didn't have any problems with him. We were told one price, and then when we went to the back to sign it went up another $100 a month. Upon purchasing this car, it took 3 total trips for it to be detailed. We were told it was serviced and cleaned, and each time it looked like it had never been touched until the very last. There was also a crack in the bottom of the back glass. When i asked the following day about having it repaired, they acted like they didnt want to have it fixed and said "its not really that big of an issue". Tampered glass that has any defaults in it is absolutely a problem, because it won't spread like normal glass if something happens, it will completely shatter. After basically telling them that I was going to bring the vehicle to them to have it fixed, they wound up fixing it. Overall, the service was xxxx (with the exception of Wyatt, he was helpful each time we were in there.) Whoever reads this, do not bother trying to contact me about trying to have this one star changed to something higher. More
First, I have to laugh when reading the positive reviews. I wonder who really writes them. There is either a very poor rating of one star or it is five star. I go with one star. Anyway, it is a dealership th I wonder who really writes them. There is either a very poor rating of one star or it is five star. I go with one star. Anyway, it is a dealership that is only interested in a sale on their terms. Be very careful not to get sucked into a deal that suddenly have large fees. I have worked with a number of dealerships over the years that were much easier and without excessive fees. Please do your homework on what charges above your agreed deal are really appropriate. Some good explanations online. If you have to pay MSRP and unwarranted charges, move on. I don't have personal experience with the service department but it is a concern with me what is their reputation. Someone I know has been dissatisfied with that service department. More
This dealership is most definitely someone that price gouging is called for a part and they’re more than double for any dealership. They definitely take advantage of their customers by gouging on. gouging is called for a part and they’re more than double for any dealership.
