I did not know what I wanted, and all I knew was I wanted a car that could fit my family. He really understood my situation and was able to show me something in my price range. He was not pushing me into something I could not afford, and he took time out for me. I did not get the car,but when I am ready I will come and see him. To prove the point my wife went out to the truck and called them requesting info on the vehicle that was for sale online and inquired about the identical vehicle and the guy told her that the vehicle was that price online and she recorded to call and came back inside handset with us in the sales room and the and the salesperson continue to lie to me about the vehicle that I also inquired about from the online saying it was a error in pricing. Really a $3,500 error? So my wife played back the recording of the phone call and they were caught dead in about five lies. A real shame since we were going to spend $40,000 More

Service Manager hates customers,apparently In Dec 016,I called the dealership repeatedly,the phone was picked up and went to voice mail,then hung up. I looked on their site and sent SVC Manager Kent an email -twice- inquiring as to whether they service Fiat cars. They have recently started selling Fiats. Nobody ever sent a reply. I live in the Tallahassee area,and it would be nice not to have to drive to Jacksonville for an oil change,etc. That dealer btw,in Orange Park does a superb job and is very customer oriented. I will continue to use their dealership. More

The only reason that I am here today is because of the convenience of getting a recall taken care of locally. Next time, l will drive to Georgia! Never, never coming back here! I contacted the sales departmen I found a decent deal on a 2016 Dodge Charger online on multiple sites by Tallahassee Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership. I contacted the sales department to check the availability of the car and made an appointment for a test drive. When we got there, we test drove the car and decided to buy it. The sales man told us that the online price was a typo and they would not honor the online advertising. I showed them all the listings I found online with the price I found, including their own official site. The sales man got the manager and the manager made a deal - we would have to trade in our 2008 Jeep commander to them for $300, otherwise there is no deal. In addition to the dishonesty of not honoring the online advertised price, the whole time we were there, the manager had horrible attitude. He was very rude and aggressive. I didn't see a single smile of friendly gesture from him. I have never seen anything like this before. I strongly advise not to get near that dealership if you want a honest dealing and nice treatment. More
