DO NOT buy a vehicle here!! I was made several promises but after I paid for it none of them were kept. I told Greg I did not want the vehicle and I wanted my money back (which I was promised). Misleading and misdirected Was looking for a GMC Acadia. Called dealership from over an hour away from Flint and was told by owner they had 11 of them to choose from. Finally got there and had several other vehicles pushed in us. Explained we drove all this way for a GMC Acadia and other vehicles kept getting brought up. After not being heard walked around and found one GMC Acadia in the back. Would not even start looked like a flood car and when the owner showed up he said be it wasn't even for sale. Should've checked reviews before wasting gas and time. And the best part no apologies for wasting our time. Go to a junk yard before you go to this place at least you'll know what your getting More

Don't waste your time We bought a car here and within 2 months the engine blew. They pushed for us to buy a warranty (which should have been a red flag) so we did. I got a good deal on my vehicle and and searched around as several dealerships and I got just what I was looking for and everything went smoothly and Greg Talbot went out of his way to make sure I got the vehicle I was looking for and purchased it below the book value. I would recommend this dealership to my friends or anyone looking for a vehicle. I was not pressured by the sales staff and from test driving several vehicles and working out the financing it all went smoothly and I couldn't be more happy with my new truck. Poor Service - Poor Quality Talbott advertises they specialize in quality inspected vehicles and great customer service. I would have to disagree with both parts. Bought two cars from them, one car doing fine so far. Second is what is driving this rating. Had car two weeks when check engine light came on. Took car to an OEM dealership to diagnose problem. Car will need a major engine repair. When we bought cars Chris told us... if you have any problems with either car to call me, because I don't want to sell you a bad car. Chris is in school now and had to deal with person who runs dealership now. I asked, "Is there was anything you can do to help with this problem." Hoping they would offer assistance, ask to look at car, suggest a garage (like the one they are attached to) where we could fix it, anything to assist. All I got for an answer is car was sold "as is" and they WILL not help in any way (decision from owner of company). It was like talking to a parrot, because every question was answered the same way, "Car was sold as is". How can you claim "Great Customer Service" and not work with a customer when they have a problem. Apparently it only applies up to the point you drive car off lot (after that you are on your own). I guess they are not interested in building customer loyalty, if they treat customers like this. More
