bad experience went to Taj Auto mall on a Saturday and got there about 3 and within minutes after parking we saw what we were there to see and test drove the car. so went to Taj Auto mall on a Saturday and got there about 3 and within minutes after parking we saw what we were there to see and test drove the car. so far so good came back from test driving and was escorted inside to sit and discuss with salesman Ray. after an hour of him walking around assisting others inside and out he had us and others waiting for over an hour. finally came back and said they approved and again had us sit back and got insurance situated. sitting sitting sitting again while watching other customers come in after and even the ones that were waiting along side of me getting serviced out the door before me. so finally i said forget it I have to go home, at this time it was after 8pm and no more customers were there besides myself. driving away from the lot i get a call from Ray the salesman asking where i went and he has the paperwork. i told him I have to go home and i will not be buying the car which he responded with a brief pause then, "are you psycho?". I didn't have the time or energy to reply so I just hung up. Few minutes later i get another call from the finance manager which was polite and professional. I told him i wont be buying the car and he tried pushing a little but got the hint but still insisted we follow through with the purchase and he can deliver car and finish on Monday. i said i wasnt interested and thank you for you time. Monday morning i get another call to come in to finish the paperwork. I haven't replied but I'm still getting calls from them. In my car buying experience this is the worst. More

Bait and switch tactics Went to pay cash for this van. I get there and was told no this van is $4000. After I been watching the price drop every week for a month and a half. Taj has a lot of choice, and our sales man was great Many cars to choose from, good service and our sales person (Ray) was fantastic.
