Went to Tacoma Nissan for an oil change. We're from California. and after the service was done, our service advisor, Aden Paquin, checked through all the existing records on the car, and fou We're from California. and after the service was done, our service advisor, Aden Paquin, checked through all the existing records on the car, and found we still had a free oil change due from when we bought our used car last year! They also said there service inspection showed that were no "extras" that needed to be done, and our total bill was $0! Everyone there is so polite and helpful! More
Took my work vehicle in to get a simple brake job. Was told the job would be done the same day. One of their employees backed into a pole or something on their lot and wrecked the tailgate. This is a truck that produces on average of $1000 dollars a day for our business. They took a month to get the damage fixed, and there is no longer any vehicle signage on the back (due to the tailgate having to be replaced). The service manager promised to eat the labor cost for the brake job but then reneged and said we had to pay the whole thing, regardless of how much revenue was lost in the meantime---not to mention the lost signage. Bottom line is we had to absorb the lost revenue, the brake job and pay extra to get signage redone when it was THEIR EMPLOYEE that caused this whole mess. We will no longer buy Nissan vehicles again for our work vehicles and certainly will never use their "service" department again. More
Not negotiated properly I went in to buy a 2016 Nissan Frontier.Sticker price was 34,999.00. I had a 2014 Honda civic that was paid for.. Blue book was 9200 on that civic . I am a veteran and a college graduate. I was told that 33k was the best they could do. I was gonna offer 30K IN CASH including the trade in. . They told me they couldn't do it. A lot of shuckin and jiving and BSin during sales pitch. I'm not a 25yr old buying his first automobile. I wrote the better business bureau and do not encourage my friends or acquatances to shop there. No negotiating was even considered. VERY disappointed More

Great Place I went into Nissan for some car issues and left with a new 2015 altima. Courteous, professional and thorough I truly appreciated the customer service representatives who held the doors open for md because I had my hands full with a laptop computer and bag, I truly appreciated the customer service representatives who held the doors open for md because I had my hands full with a laptop computer and bag, anticipating a long but productive wait during my appointment with the service department. Keith in the Service Department was the utmost professional, providing me the best customer service experience ever. He researched the warranty details and called the dealership in Oregon on my behalf and therefore went way above and beyond his obligation to me as the customer. He earned my loyalty and this is where I will go for all types of service to my Nissan because Keith was thorough, honest, respectful and most professional. More
