Great service since 1989 For 29 years I had great service on my 1989 Ramcharger, when I took it there; I had a lifetime oil service contract. The Ramcharger I purchased from Tacoma Dodge, but my current Ram 2500 I purchased elsewhere and there is no change in the level of service. Kathy Taylor, my original service writer is still aces. Christina Gregg, Craig, and the service department are all great. I recommend them. I am looking forward to the fast lane oil change center. More

Best dodge dealer service in n the PNW I have been to other dealerships and was very disappointed in service. This dealership was great sales people and great service after the sale. They were also honest. They told me that they had to order the part from the warehouse in Portland but it may be on back-order. I was prepared for my jeep to be there a while and they put me in a loaner. The next afternoon they had the part and it was ready for pick up. I did have to call for an update however. That was the only problem with my visit. More

Worst customer service experience of my life. When I took my '06 Ram in for for a problem with an emergency brake repair done in Utah, I was attended to by a young man that looked and acted like h When I took my '06 Ram in for for a problem with an emergency brake repair done in Utah, I was attended to by a young man that looked and acted like he just crawled out of bed. I was challenged as to the validity of my claim. Technician that supposedly performed a brake inspection missed the obvious crimped brake line, that cost $180 to fix, but recommended work estimated at $1500 while telling me I would have to wait upwords of a week. All calls to service and general manager were ignored and attempts to see either dismissed with rude "unavailable," More

A couple weeks later my car is acting up again so I call them and see if I can bring it in for them to look at it for free sense they couldn't find anything last time and the lady said yes it would be free. The day before my appointment I call to double check that it will be free and they said once again that it would be free. But when I show up they charge me... and the guy who helped me was sooo rude.. More

So I called at 8am appointment coordinator named I believe Melinda picked up and reassured me that it's ok to come. So when my husband drove there which is 30 min away he was surprised that nothing is available but they void fit him in in between appointments but he would have to wait about 2 hours. Which he couldn't do cause we don't have the convenience of time. I'm very disappointed and frustrated we kill one you're of time plus gas. The reason I'll be back for this oil change because it's complimentary with a purchase of a new car, but I will never be back unless something goes wrong with a care and they have to fix it on warranty. Oh and for some reason employees there believe if they say sorry everything becomes fine and issue becomes resolved More
