I made an appointment a month in advance to have an oil change done and wipers installed on a Saturday. We arrived for our appointment, waited in line for 2 other customers for 15+ minutes to let them kno change done and wipers installed on a Saturday. We arrived for our appointment, waited in line for 2 other customers for 15+ minutes to let them know we were there. When asked how long it would be they said "4 or 5" hours! For an oil change, I get it we're all having problems getting people to work but call me and tell me it's going to be a ridiculous amount of time. You sent me 4 or 5 reminders so why can't you let people know? Needless to say after driving 30 minutes to get there I'm less than impressed. They sure want to sell you a car but after that it's time to get lost! My boyfriend runs a shop in Bellevue and was disgusted at the service and condition of the shop. It was a filthy mess at 10:00am, I won't be buying another car from them. More
My experience with Tacoma Dodge has been hit or miss. This latest time thought was awesome. I made the appointment for a recall item as well as an oil change. I also had two minor cosmetic items I hoped to get help with. Firs, the housing around the electronic eye had gone missing. I bought a replacement on Amazon, but couldn't figure out how to mount it. Secondly, I had attempted to attach a phone holder to the interior air vents, accidently pushing one in too far and not able to reattach it. Tacoma Dodge installed the housing, and refitted the vent for free. Nice work! More
Terrible place to leave vehicle. Failed to fix on first try my 2016 Jeep Cherokee so left it another night. This time they repaired the issue but vehicle broken into on their lot and about $250.00 worth of try my 2016 Jeep Cherokee so left it another night. They had to have left vehucle unlocjed as no w UK nfows broken and it has an alarm. I in nformed them of what was taken yet they ignore it. The jnterior was trashed. Dont go there. More
Terrible company. The service department is staffed with dishonest service advisors and awful mechanics. Takes days to make simple repairs all while they dodge your calls. A horrible company that does shoddy work on vehicles. I took my car in for a check engine light, and they tried returning it with the light on and told me that many people come and leave with that light on took my car in for a check engine light, and they tried returning it with the light on and told me that many people come and leave with that light on. I told them I brought it in for the light and wanted it fixed, so they took it and turned it back to me after a week and a half with the light off; however, not a month later, the light came on, and I took it back. They kept it for another week, and a half returned it with the light off, and a little less than two weeks, the engine light is back on. Needless to say, I have elected to have my car taken somewhere else this time. More
Highly disappointed in the level of service. Made an appointment and forced to run between the Express lube and service center. Find a different dealer or service provide. Will be heading back to Dave Smith's when I need my next Jeep. More
I was told my vehicle would be ready in two days. I have tried to contact my service advisor and left a message to see when it will be ready. No return phone call. Got What I Wanted I brought my 2017 Journey Crossroad in for an oil change. It was noted that there was a small transmission leak so it went over to service for a smal I brought my 2017 Journey Crossroad in for an oil change. It was noted that there was a small transmission leak so it went over to service for a small repair. Thankfully it was a no charge deal since all was covered under my powertrain warranty. So I asked for another 2017 Journey 6 cylinder AWD Crossroad for my rental because I was used to driving one. I was given a red one, same year and model. I fell in love with the red one (is it a girl thing??) After much negotiation (after all it was a rental and not for sale), I made it known I really wanted to trade my current dark grey color with my new lovely red car. Somehow all the people involved helped me. I was approved with a lower interest rate as well. I was able to take off the Rental Tag and it's now mine. More
Took our 2014 Cherokee in for warranty work and when we got it back we lost 3 MPG and the tires howled like a bearing was dry. Called immediately and took it back in. So they charged us the diagnostic fee and said nothing was wrong. All we got were platitudes telling us everything will correct over time. It’s been another 2 months and nothing has changed. I’m sure not going to give them another penny of our hard earned money and will NEVER do business with Tacoma Dodge again. We had problems with the purchase too but that’s for another review. More
