The staff at Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep are friendly and helpful. I've been to several car lots over the years and have not been as comfortable with negotiations as I was with this company. These folks are military friendly, I'm a retired Army Medic and they gave me an awesome price along with great customer service. Yes they are trying to sell a vehicle and there is, in my opinion, minor sales pressure but if you stick to your price range they will respect that and work with your budget. Chad was working hard to help us but I have feeling him managers were not on our side. I recommend Chad but not sure if I want to recommend the dealership. Their detailer didn't do a very good job. I think a wheel is out of balance. but it has new tires so could be a bad ball joint or tie rod end. They said they changed the oil but there was no service again sticker. I got the feeling we were kinda in the way and the sooner we got out of there the better for them. More

She didn't return calls, or messages when she said she would. She seemed to have attitude when she had to explain or call me. I was not informed correctly about the extended warranty, or about registuration from her. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years. I know a thing or two about how to treat a customer. I believe Bilie needs a refresher course. I finally was given some helpfull information from Ms. Jessica with the Title Dept. She was very kind, and patient and made the final process smoother. More

I am looking forward to working with him again and purchase another Dodge product for my wife. In addition, Mike in finance worked hard to ensure all of our "i's" were dotted and our "t's" were crossed. I really appreciated that he went in depth and made sure that I was making an important decision dealing with long term coverage for my vehicle. I purchased a jeep from Tacoma Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep in December. The add listed air conditioning as a feature and the sales person assured me that it had A/C. It turns out that it just has a fan that blew cold December air, and the jeep does not have A/C. I learned this recently as the weather became warmer. The sales person was not truthful. When I called the dealership to rectify this issue, they were not interested in a sensible resolution. I also found out that the sales person no longer works there. I just want to put a warning out to other consumers and alert them of the unprofessional practices of this dealership. More
Tacoma Dodge offered the most aggressive deal and trade-in allowance of any of their competitors. I figured there was no way it could be true and kept waiting for them to find some way to alter the d trade-in allowance of any of their competitors. They delivered everything on time for our agreed upon price. I ordered my car from the factory, and even though they weren't going to make much on the deal, I received regular updates on the car's progress during construction and shipping. More
The experience was good except for one drawback and if I had known about this option prior, I would not have purchased the vehicle. First let me state that I asked both salesmen if the vehicle had Navigati had known about this option prior, I would not have purchased the vehicle. First let me state that I asked both salesmen if the vehicle had Navigation as an option and neither could provide a definite answer. I would not be in my current position of seeking onboard navigation if the salesmen had been educated on all of the features of the vehicle. This is by no means a knock on their character because both men have helped me every step of the way through the process. I only purchased the vehicle because of the limited research I was able to conduct on my cell phone searching the Dodge website. The website stated that the Uconnect 8.4 came with Garmon Navigation but after the purcahsing vehicle it is in fact the Uconnect 8.4N model system. If I would known this fact, the salesmen could have provided me the correct answer instead of "I don't know". If it is possible for me to get this system changed out for th 8.4N model, then I will be completely satisfied with my purchase. More
I saw a car that i liked so I applied for an online loan. I was told by the sales man that there wouldnt be a problem getting me financed and to go pick up the car. I told him to be sure before i made the 200 mile drive<oneway>. I arrived test drove it and was ready to take it,they told me to purchase auto insurance so i can drive it home. But it all seemed fishy when i went to the finance manager please be careful with the {goodies} they try to put on your purchase price they tell you it wont cost you anything they told me it would help get me financed by getting lowjack and stolen property insurance. they said it doesnt cost anything but it was on my purchase price 850 FOR LOWJACK AND 350 FOR Insurance. Well my sale price for this car was 10700 b ut with the goodies that didnt cost me anything my price was jacked up to over 15000 with taxes. well i took the car home and they call me a few days later and tell me that in order for me to get financed I hve to pick another vehicle or put 4000 down or I gave to bring the car baq, after I already bought the insurance after I went drove 400 miles to get the car after I payed for wheels and tires. I just dont want anybody going through this ordeal I am looking to see if this is legal because it just doesnt seem right im losing more than 1000 dollars because i trusted these people and whats worse my own saleperson doesnt even call to opologize or explain anything. I get a call from someone I didnt even talk with and the people I worked with never returned my calls. Please BECAREFUL. More
