I had went to another dealer to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was not happy with the treatment I received. I decided to try again at another dealer so I went to Tacoma Dodge. The moment I walked in I Cherokee, I was not happy with the treatment I received. I decided to try again at another dealer so I went to Tacoma Dodge. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Alton. He was very friendly and welcoming. I rate this dealer very high as they were able to get me the vehicle I wanted at a price that was what I wanted. I was able to drive home that night with my new car and I was extremely happy with the experience of buying a vehicle at Tacoma Dodge. I highly recommend them! More
I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a car dealership... EVER!! I went to buy a new car at Tacoma Dodge. They didn't have the car I wanted, which is okay because I am open to look around at wh dealership... EVER!! I went to buy a new car at Tacoma Dodge. They didn't have the car I wanted, which is okay because I am open to look around at what else is out there. They had me and my husband test drive a car that we all knew was out of our price range (even the sales woman, Laura). When it came down to talk, we re-told them what our price range was. My dad is the buyer of the car as he was trading his car in. When we told them the car was going to be for me and my husband, all of the sudden, Laura and her Manager, said we were trying to do an illegal loan--that I cannot pay for the car as long as it is in his name. OK--we weren't trying to do anything illegal. Plus, if I live with my dad, the particular loan they were talking about, isn't illegal. And I am not about to move when I am due in 1 week!! Yes, I am 9 months pregnant!! NEVER did they ask me if I wanted to co-sign on the deal, or even if my husband wanted to co-sign. We both have good credit, we could have. They didn't ask us anything at all. We were prepared to make a deal that day... we had a car trade-in plus a cash down deposit. They never asked us how they could get around an "illegal" deal. My dad talked to the manager and asked: shouldn't you ask us about our options since we aren't trying to do anything illegal. He said NO I don't need to help you at all, I have 5 other paying customers here that I am working with.. NOT YOU. At this point, I was so offended that I walked out. How dare they treat us like that. We are nice people, only looking for a new car. I work with the handicapped and I am a coach and mentor to teens. I am not a bad person. They made me feel like a criminal. I have never been accused of that in my life! I believe they couldn't make the numbers work. And instead of trying to work things out, they made up a crazy story and tried to make us the bad guys. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They boasted to my dad that they didn't need us because they already sold 300 cars that month. If you want friendly, you don't need to go here. If you want to get ripped off, then definitely go here. We came to Tacoma to look at a used car we saw advertised on the internet. After test driving the advertised car we decided it was not for us. We intended to go back to Lithia to look at their used cars, but Chad, our salesman, told us he could put us in a new car for very close to the payments as a used car. After working out the deal he turned out to be right, and we are so happy and excited to have our first Jeep - brand new! I posted my picture with my new car on my Facebook page and will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for personal service! More

I was so impressed how David consistantly responded to my emails within 5 minutes of me sending several over a couple days. That is great customer service! The dealership has a huge selection of cars. The building feels very new and clean. The staff are extremely respectful and classy. I traveled an hour and a half from home because their asking price for my new vehicle could not be beaten. More

He did a great job of showing me the options that the vehicles had to offer, explaining the differences between models, as well as explaining the cost of the different options. Once he found out what model, options, and color we wanted, he made it his personal mission to find that vehicle and never once placed any pressure on us to hurry up and buy, nor did he try to push us into a vehicle that we didn't want. I felt like Mike not only was attentive to my quest for a vehicle that worked for my family but he "listened" to the pro/con of what I was reporting about each vehicle. Returning the following day after the family "slept on it", we purchased our van. I have to say Mike made the experience fun, fast and got me on my way. My experience with all the employees from Destiny on the phone, Mike the sales representative, Tory the manager and Fiona was nothing short of impressive.
