The first t My husband and I bought a 2017 Ford F-250 lariat diesel in August 2020, since then the truck has been in the shop at least once a month. The first time was days after purchasing it. They sold it to us with only one key and gave us a giant hassle after I contacted them the same day we purchased that the truck was severely limited because we needed the master key. We ended up having to pay for a master key and they gave me a very hard time with being reimbursed. After speaking with the finance manager and basically threatening to contact the better business bureau he agreed to reimburse us for us for the purchase of the key. I read the reviews when we were dealing with this company and should have steered clear and saved us thousands of dollars in repairs. The 360 cameras didn’t work correctly, the drive shaft was shot are just a few things that were wrong with the truck. For a $60,000 we should have taken our money elsewhere. The salesman Gene was so unprofessional. At first we thought he was great but then he started giving us advice on how to “get rid” of our van payment because at the time we owed a lot more on that vehicle than it was worth. He told us to just let the bank take it and it’ll only effect our credit for a few years. Very unprofessional. If you’re on the fence of using this place I suggest steer clear of them. We traveled well over an hour to purchase this truck. He called and said the sale fell through and he was able to work with us with trading the van in. We get there and his plan was for us to finance the truck and just let the bank take our other vehicle because they wouldn’t take it on trade. Instead we traded our other truck at the time, and of course did not take his terrible advice on the van. I should have made this review long ago, but I think regardless it’s important for people to see that this is not a good company to deal with and a lot of other people have been in the same boat with being sold cars with tons of issues Update 6/22/21 Truck is back in the shop as of today for the check engine light coming on. Finally decided that we should trade it in and be rid of the thing. Started the process with summit Chevy in auburn. We were told the truck had no carfax or history reports because it came from auction. Good ol’ Gene reassured us that there weren’t any accidents or serious issues. But of course that was a lie. We were told today that our truck would not be considered for trade because there was SEVERE damage from an accident that showed on the carfax. Lesson learned on our end, so if you’re reading this GET A CARFAX history report. If they won’t provide one, then they’re clearly not worth doing business with. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
