Very friendly and forthright I recently purchased a 2008 Audi S5 from Justin at TSJ autobrokers. I was very impressed with the entire process from the initial contact to driving the car off of the lot. This is the first car that I have ever purchased out of state, so I didn't know what to expect. I live about 200 miles away from TSJ autobrokers, so I only wanted to make one trip to the dealership to buy the car, which is what I did. Justin was great to work with and we were able to negotiate the price through email. Most importantly Justin told me that if the car was not up to my standards when I arrived at the dealership to pick it up that I could get a full refund on my deposit. That was a huge relief. As it turns out, the car met my expectations so I am now the proud owner of an S5. After the sale, Justin was able to walk me through the entire process of how to handle the taxes, tags, state inspection, etc.. Another thing I would like to offer is to "not judge a book by its cover". TSJ's dealership building may not look like much, but these guys are certainly dealing with really nice cars. I was a little skeptical when first researching this dealership. But once I arrived it was clear to see that these guys are dealing with some very high end cars, and the unassuming building/dealership is just one of the ways they can keep their overhead costs down, keeping their prices lower. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Justin at TSJ. I will definitely look to purchase cars from them in the future. In case anyone is wondering, there are two reasons why I couldn't give Justin and TSJ autobrokers a perfect score. 1) The car description online was missing a few minor details such as the fact that the car had an upgraded sound system, smart key, and adaptive headlights. However, this worked out to my benefit as the car was "undersold" as opposed to "oversold". Perhaps I am being a little unfair here. I can easily understand the oversight as TSJ moves dozens of cars each week so it has to be hard to keep track of every detail of every car. 2) While there were over 40 pictures of the car posted online, they weren't as clear/sharp as I wanted. I was certainly able to get the overall impression that car was in good shape; however, I couldn't see some of the finer details that I wanted to see such as the condition of the radio knobs, and the small marking on the door speakers. Also, there were no pictures of the engine compartment, which I usually like to see in the photos. More

I called them and spoke with Peter who was very helpful and understanding of my price range and told me they would do the best they could to accommodate me. Once i went to their showroom i was overwhelmed at all the great cars they had and reasonable prices. Long story short i picked up my chevy cobalt up the very next day. TS&J auto is extremely fast and efficient and will genuinely do the best that they can so you are completely satisfied. In the future if ever i am looking for another great car TS&J is the place for me. More
