But Peter got me into an awesome 2007 Mini Cooper with a much much better rate than any other dealer that tried to help me. TSJ is a fantastic dealership and the guys that work there will work there hardest to get you approved with good or bad credit. Being a first time buyer and a younger kid would normally make it easy for a dealer to hit me on the head with price and extra charges and a ridiculously high finance rate. This dealer offers some upscale models but does not service the vehicles, as far as I could tell, beyond a cosmetic cleanup. So, a pre-purchase inspection was wise and Justin accommodated my desire to take the car to an independent BMW mechanic for analysis. After the paperwork was finalized, he also was helpful in delivering the car to a 3rd party for my eventual retrieval. More

I went prepared, to buy a Subaru, having done my research pricing them out and reading reviews. I fell in love with an Audi. There was no pressure from Peter to buy the more expensive car. He even let me look up the Kelly Blue Book value on his computer and read various consumer reviews before we negotiated. I got the car for a great price and I got unbelievable service. Peter has also been great with following up on a few small glitches. There was no owner's manual,so he has ordered me a new one. It is clear that he cares about customer service and not just selling someone a car. I would definitely buy a car from TSJ Auto Brokers again and I would ask for Peter. More

Justin was a great salesman, not pushy or overbearing in any way. The car was going to sell itself - so while he was very informative and helpful, he allowed us to feel comfortable about the experience. He really helped with financing options and we ended up walking out with an amazing vehicle. I have been to many dealerships to look at vehicles, but this one had me walking out with one. The way it should be I've been in the market for a few months looking for a f-250. I first visited TSJ back in november after seeing a 06 f-250 for sale that was in my pri I've been in the market for a few months looking for a f-250. I bought the wife and after looking at the truck we decided to keep looking for one that was newer in year. We were both impressed with the selection of cars and trucks on lot and all the staff at that time of visit were helpfull in letting us see newer models that they had. After months of looking online at other dealers i always would check the inventory at TSJ to see what would be new on list as i new i was confident i would purchase from them. I finally saw a 08 f-250 that was in my price range and also the color that i was looking for. I applied online to get pre qualified and within an hour Justin had called me asked about my trade in and other questions to get me approved for financing. After our conversation he said he would be back in touch later in the day to let me know the outcome. Well the phone call came shortly after and Justin had told me everything was a go for the truck. He said to come down at my convience and look at the truck. When i arrived i was greeted by Justin and after some small talk he gave me the keys and told me to take it for a ride. When i returned i was happy with the truck and we agreed to the sale. After about an hour I was on my way home with my new ride. I will say that the whole process was made easy and there was now pressure at any time. This was the easiest and most painless purchase ive had ever made and this exactally the way it should be for any vehicle purchase. Great Experience! Justin was a true professional. I inquired about the vehicle in advance of coming into the dealership. He told me about the car and we set up an app Justin was a true professional. When I arrived the car was freshly cleaned and waiting for me to take it out for a test drive. After the test drive we had a brief negotiation. Justin was able to beat the financing rate I had gotten through my credit union and I was able to get the car for the price that I wanted (after having done all of my research). I recommend Justin and TSJ highly. The car only came with 1 key which I was not happy about as remote keys for push to start engines are very expensive. However, to my delight, Justin called after a week I had purchased the car to notify me that they had received the spare key in the mail. Overall I had a very pleasant experience. I did not feel pressured or hassled in anyway. I believe that Justin is genuine and out to provide mutually beneficial deals for bother sides. I recommend Justin and TSJ highly. More
