I visited the dealer today not 100% if I would purchase the car I was able to test drive it, the car had no problems, all questions were answered, clean car fax!! I fell in love with the car and decided to finance all paperwork was done right away very fast and efficient. The price of the car was very reasonable and everyone was very helpful!! First new car One day out of the blue I decided to ATTEMPT to get a new car. So I called and spoke to Peter to set up an appointment for the same day. As I pulled into tsj I was second guessing myself about the car I had my eye on. Their selection and quality of cars far exceeds other places I have been to! My credit isn't all that good so I really didn't think I would walk out with anything but as I was talking to Peter he kept reassuring me and gave me multiple options/routes to take to get this car. I told him how Im a Marine and didn't have much time to build credit as I had just gotten back. I had no money down, only a 2002 mustang to trade in which wasn't worth much but he gave me $500 more then it was worth because he fully supports the military. So as I got the bad news that the banks didn't accept me he didn't give up, as he was very positive and helpful from the beginning. He told me to try navy federal which is the bank the Marine Corps uses. APROOVED! Excited to be the proud owner of my first new car I had to wait till the following day due to me having to pick up a few things from navy federal, Peter came in early on his day off so I could pick up my car and finalize everything. TSJ auto brokers will be the only place I take my business from this point on. The building, cars/trucks and the people will exceed your expectations and you will not get customer service like this anywhere else! When you walk In I highly recommend asking for Peter! More

Really Great Experience I came here a battered car purchaser after a very very bad experience at World Volkswagen. Unlike World Volkswagen, when it came to trading in my car, I came here a battered car purchaser after a very very bad experience at World Volkswagen. Unlike World Volkswagen, when it came to trading in my car, Peter was extremely fair to me and was no BS. He got me a great deal on the trade, a great deal on the new car price, and even better had no problem letting me take my time to purchase it so I could get all the paperwork and my insurance in order without walking out with the car the same day. They let me take the car for a pre-purchase inspection without batting an eyelash also which was extremely pleasant considering it is a used car dealership. Best was the purchasing experience. I wasn't taken in a dark room with a folding table and a finance manager trying to hit me for every "window etching" fee in the book. The numbers quoted were the numbers on the contracts with NO HIDDEN FEES. I have to tell you, after the trauma experienced elsewhere this was very pleasant. Highly recommend. More

Great second time experience This was my second time coming to the guys at TSJ Autobrokers. Usually when you go to a used car lot the customer gets played around with and scammed. But that's not the case here, they treated me with nothing but respect and worked with me with every aspect pertaining to the car.
