Professionalism in my car buying experience. I traveled to TSJ Auto to look at 2007 Mercedes SL550, just to look. I never imagined I would take ownership of this vehicle that very day. The differ I traveled to TSJ Auto to look at 2007 Mercedes SL550, just to look. I never imagined I would take ownership of this vehicle that very day. The difference in my immediate decision in purchasing this vehicle was the professional approach of Mr. Justin Smith. He took interest in my needs in wanting to trade in my vehicle and get into another used vehicle, He explained the different options I had in financing up front. He provided the comfort level that a car buyer requires in making the decision to purchase rather than to be pressured. I was very impressed with Mr. Smith and I would definitely recommend TSJ Auto to my family and friends. By the way, prior to going to TSJ Auto I visited numerous car dealers, and I was shocked at the condition of some advertised vehicles. They had the car ready for me to drive when I got there and were very accommodating in answering the many questions I had about the vehicle. Justin was right on top of things with following up and even provided me with the cars old service records. Once I decided to make a move on the car, financing was a breeze and the car was all ready for me to take home when I arrived.
