When it turned out it wasn't for me, They got me out if it, and into an awesome pick up truck that I couldn't be happier with. Everyone is familiar with the uncomfortable experience of car shopping, and the intimidation of a sales person. Everyone at TSJ breaks the stereotype. They are down to earth, knowledgable people, that honestly have your best interest in mind, they genuinely want you to be happy. In addition they also have a great lot of fabulous quality and specialty cars. (They go quick, so if you see something you like, go for it!) Justin went out of his way (and stayed late after working all day) to make sure I was satisfied. Even offered me an extra cleaning since the rest of the staff had home for the day. The actual purchase was fair, quick and easy. The entire staff, even the back house guys are all great and personable. Justin was awesome to work with. You don't have that big scary dealership experience. You get a genuine hometown, local feel there. My husband and I will be back for sure since he's definitely jealous of my pickup.. Way Beyond My Expectations!!! I have owned my 2012 SS Camaro for a couple months since purchasing the car "USED" & ONLINE from Las Vegas through TSJ Autobrokers. Even though I went through Autocheck, I was Very Nervous about the entire "not seeing the car in person" issue!!! The car is SO xxxx sweet, my conscience demanded I compliment the guy who hooked me up. I think I spoke with everyone briefly in the company; The Porter, Owner and of course, Justin, the Salesman. Everyone was very professional and courteous, even though I probably came off really green and obviously unfamiliar to the process. The car was Heavily-Modified, so all warranties and Consumer Protection Clauses, normally associated with purchasing a low-mileage Sports Car, were VOID because of this issue. Justin was really cool how he dealt with me and my "concerns" and the whole process went very, very smooth!
