One in particular stood out and as my wife and I got in for a test drive we could not believe how clean and how like new the vehicle looked. Lenny, our salesman, gave us the keys and off we went for a test drive. The ride was great and after I inspected the engine I asked Lenny if I could bring a friend to give it a further inspection. He not only welcomed it but he let us put the truck up on a lift to get a better look at the undercarriage. I must tell you not every dealer is as accommodating as we had previously encountered elsewhere. At that point, Lenny suggested we take the truck home for a few days to make sure it was the one for us. Buying this vehicle was as easy and as hassle free an experience as we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would totally recommend purchasing a vehicle at TSJ! More

INRESPONSABLE!!! At the beginning everything was Perfect. I called the dealer Lenny was so kind and help me through out the whole process. On Dec 17 drove almost 2 hours to go to the dealer.. I purchased the Acura MDX, everything was nice and clean. While I was looking at the car he has mentioned that they was gone put air on the front tire (Driver side) before i leave the place. After everything was done. I was heading out the dealer. I noticed there was no gas on the car I had to stop on my way to put gas, the tire he mentioned.They didn't put any air on it so I had to do that as well cause they steering wheel was feeling funny. 4 days after the purchase, It's saying "SERVICE DUE SOON" & "LOW WASHER FLUID". I felt so disappointed cause I though they made sure everything was good with the car before they sold it. On Friday Dec 23rd Lenny called me just to make sure everything was OK. I appreciated his call. After I told him some things that I noticed that was wrong. For example, there's something wrong with the sunroof, every time it rains, water get inside of the car thru the sunroof, they sold it to me like that..he said don't worry they was gone take care of it and he was supposed to call me back the same day. Didn't hear from him the whole week after that call. Then on Friday Dec 30th I call him back, he answers the phone and say he's gone call me back in 30 mins. Until Today JANUARY 10TH still haven't heard back. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!NOT TO MENTION, HE SOLD THE CAR TO ME WITH A WEIRD SOUND, SOMETHING GOING ON WITH THE BELT. HE TOLD ME THAT WAS GONA GO AWAY. TOOK THE CAR TO A FRIEND THAT IS MECHANIC, HE TOLD ME I HAVE TO CHANGE THE TIMING BELT..... SO SO DISAPPOINTED THAT HE STILL HAVEN'T CALLED ME BACK SO WE CAN ADRESS THIS.. More

Very Pleasant Experience I have been shopping for a car for my son for a few months now. I have been to many dealerships and met many salepeople. By far this was a very pleasa I have been shopping for a car for my son for a few months now. I have been to many dealerships and met many salepeople. By far this was a very pleasant experience. Found a truck on carfax at this dealership. When we got there i was very pleased with the inventory. We were greeted while looking around. Also asked if there was anything we wanted to test drive. We were introduced to Lenny, a salesman. Lenny immediatly pulled up the carfax and printed it out for us. Didnt have to ask. They got the car out for us and gave us the keys and told to take our time. No one accompanied us on our drive. We were able to discuss what we liked and didnt like. When we got back to the dealership, i saw another truck i was interested in. Again Lenny pulled up carfax for us. We did that same thing a 3rd time. Our saleman was very patient and informative on all of the vehicles we test drove. Now the decision and financing. We had 2 late mortgage payment this year. So of course it affected our credit. We knew that already going into it. Finance was able to get us a decent interest rate especially compared to other dealers. The truck was a bit more than we wanted to spend. These people worked with us and got our payments where they needed to be. Overall, this was a really good experience. I will definetly be back to buy another vehicle next year for my daughter.
