Lenny Kept his word and everything worked out great. At first, I was worried because the check engine light came on the day after we bought the vehicle. After bringing it to the shop 4 times I was gettin At first, I was worried because the check engine light came on the day after we bought the vehicle. After bringing it to the shop 4 times I was getting frustrated. But Lenny kept his word, and even drove our vehicle to his home to make sure the vehicle was really fixed. He said he would not give the vehicle back until he knew that the engine light was not going to come back on. The check engine light finally stayed off for good. TSJ payed and had the vehicle fixed each time until the place were it was serviced finally figured out why the check engine light was coming on. My son and I went there, were greeted by a sales person, who was helping someone else, gave us the keys and told us to take our time looking the vehicle over. Just as advertise..PRISTINE condition, low mileage and priced better than imagined. I returned two days later with my wife and took the vehicle for a test drive. Our sales person, Peter Mulligan, told us to" take our time with the test drive, check the vehicle over completely and be sure that we are happy with what we are planning to purchase." We returned to no pressure whatsoever, and he took his time answering all of our questions. David Bishop, who handled the financing, was quick, concise and complete. At NO TIME did either of these representatives pressure us into anything we did not want. Got a GREAT rate, a GREAT payment and, better yet, a GREAT vehicle. Don't judge a book I spent weeks looking online for a decent Challenger R/T within 750-1000 of me in Conn. I visited a few dealers in Mass and was beyond disappointed a I spent weeks looking online for a decent Challenger R/T within 750-1000 of me in Conn. I visited a few dealers in Mass and was beyond disappointed at the lack of honesty and communication. I came across one that caught my eye and set it aside in a list of top 4. One day I decided to pick up the phone and called TSJ Auto Brokers in Lakewood, NJ to check on the acailability of a Fully Loaded Orange Challenger R/T and my call was answered by Tyler. He was eager to answer all my questions. If he didnt have the answer he took a moment to check and got right back to me. Communication in my own business is Key and I was pleasantly surprised by his dilligence in answering my questions, including texting me extra photos of the car. Long story shorter, We made a deal over the phone. Tyler took my information for a credit app and I was approved in less than 20 mins. I forwarded a small deposit to hold the car and 5 days later drove the 3 hours to NJ to pick up the car. We all have had issues with old skeeving sales people so most of us are on guard when it comes to car salesmen especially. Not the case here though. This guy was great. Only real surprise is he sounded 40 on the phone and is actually 23 which surprised me as im not used to dealing with many young people that are this professional. Would I buy from them again? xxxx yes. My only gripe about Tyler and TSJ Auto Brokers is I had No Clue they had so many great cars in their inventory!! I show up to buy one car and wanted to take home 2 or 3. Their selection was incredible. While there closing on the paperwork I met a gentleman that had bought 2 cars from them this year alone. How's that for peace of mind? I will be back next year to grab another Challenger for my wife. Prices are reasonable and again, Tyler is the reason this deal went so smoothly. I walked out of another dealership a few days prior because they played games, were dishonest, and I felt I could not trust them. It was so refreshing to walk into TSJ and just have an honest conversation with no lies or dishonest tactics. We went from a test drive-to financing-to being handed the keys in less than 2 hours!
