My experience with TSJ was a complete shift from what traditional dealership interactions have been. This is much more telling as my situation was not easy and Lenny and Ramy made the deal work for me i traditional dealership interactions have been. I saw the deal online and jumped as soon as I could. When I called, Lenny was friendly and willing to work with me while also lowering the already unbelievable price. I told TSJ that I would not be able to pick up the vehicle for two months and they willingly offered to hold it for me and not charge me anything. I know that space if valuable for a dealer so this is further proof of how much they are customer oriented. They have made a customer that will look for them first for any vehicle purchase in the future. More
