Recently bought 2020 X5 M50i from TSF auto sales, drove all the way down from MA to NY. Excellent customer service, stayed after hours to complete sale with me and avoid me driving all the way home and bac all the way down from MA to NY. Was looking for a cargo van for my HVAC bussiness. Found a 2019 ram at TSF online with low miles. Van was surprisingly clean for a cargo van. Was in and out in under 2 hours with test drive. Very easy advice for anyone looking for a used car. STAY AWAY FROM TSF AUTO SALES!!!! in Hasbrouk Heights DO NOT EXPERIENCE THE SAME "SERVICE" I DEALT WITH. One of the lead salesman IGOR, is just pla STAY AWAY FROM TSF AUTO SALES!!!! in Hasbrouk Heights DO NOT EXPERIENCE THE SAME "SERVICE" I DEALT WITH. One of the lead salesman IGOR, is just plain DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE, and tried TO TAKE ADVANTAGE of me simply seeking a fair price on a car. Not only does not he add an unnecessary DOCUMENT FEE OF $695 but when I got the car personally inspected by s trusted autobody service PEP BOYS there was an extra $1600 added in needed repairs. IF I had left without checking the car out I would have had FAULTY BRAKES,, A ROTOR & DRUM kit replaced, and REAR BRAKES INSTALLED. The list extended to new TRANSMISSION FLUID, and so much more. If YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY MEANS ANYTHING TO YOU please heed my advice. I guess personal integrity and professionalism mean nothing to TSF. BTW the picture of this "Beut" of a vehicle listed at $18,855 would have cost over $21,000. Interior damage to boot. Shame on you Igor and TSF, I only deal with honest people. Matt More

TSF Auto deserves negative amounts of stars which is not an option on this review site. I was looking for a Mini Cooper with 4 doors and manual transmission within 25 miles of my home. There were none exce an option on this review site. I was looking for a Mini Cooper with 4 doors and manual transmission within 25 miles of my home. There were none except this one near me. I was reluctant because it was not a branded dealership and I have been warned about car dealerships along route 46 in Bergen County, but we wanted to test drive a Mini quickly. We made an appointment around noon to TEST DRIVE this mini at 5 PM. When we arrived at this VERY SKETCHY looking place off 46 behind the airport, we debated just leaving, but they kept emailing (3X), texting (3X) and calling us (3X) to confirm so we tried it. We did not meet with the assigned salesperson, Tatiana Albert, but some 20-year-old looking boy who was at the front garage door. He took us into the outside lot squeezing between rain-soaked cars into LITERALLY the far back corner to the WRONG CAR!!!. He blamed his coworker Tatiana and took us to another car in the back corner of the INSIDE lot to the right car, but it was hopelessly parked in and my sister could not even squeeze into the driver seat to turn the car on. We mentioned this to the young man and he said they only bring the cars out to be test driven if a client shows real interest. We mentioned that this was a ridiculous way to draw in customers and then inconvenience them to wait while they extricated the car but the kid argued with me saying that it was the way they did business and they only brought the cars out if someone showed serious interest. We told him at this point that he had wasted our time and were leaving because we could not test drive the car. He then showed us a mini near the entrance that had 4 doors and asked if we were interested, but it was not manual so we declined. TSF Auto was a t-otal waste of time and sitting in traffic for a disappointing and frustrating situation with a disrespectful, argumentative salesperson. More

Walked out of 2 car dealerships due to the sales experience, not the ambiance, which is probably what all the add-ons were about. Spent less than 2 hours with Igor & left the next day with my new/u experience, not the ambiance, which is probably what all the add-ons were about. Spent less than 2 hours with Igor & left the next day with my new/used SUV. He did not try to talk me into anything except what I chose to look at. Outrageous service. Even took the True Car bonus off. They are top notch people to work with all around. Even the young men were very personable.! I would recommend them to my family and friends if ever needed! More
