I don’t believe you would sell a vehicle with only one key. Why did you sell a vehicle with only one key fob and not tell me about it until after I agreed to buy the vehicle. Shame, then charge me 4 hundr key. Why did you sell a vehicle with only one key fob and not tell me about it until after I agreed to buy the vehicle. Shame, then charge me 4 hundred + for one. I guess I didn’t have to order one. This is not a good way to start my relationship with your dealership I am not happy, I would of liked it better if you would of split the cos. More

work completed as requested. Had to return because of noise when motor running. Don Hughes found the problem. Service tech must have left the radio on. I never use the radio. It was also left with a foreign language installed. I punched a lot of buttons and got it back to English. More

Our car purchase was pretty seamless, usually takes three to four hours and a few trips to complete. We did loan pre-approval and negotiation over the phone and email. One hour in and out the door.
