Unpleasant!! Travis acted like he could care less if he sold us a vehicle. We were greeted by two huge over friendly pit bulls the moment we entered the building. Travis acted like he could care less if he sold us a vehicle. We were greeted by two huge over friendly pit bulls the moment we entered the building. Dog toys and trash littered the front waiting room. I am a dog lover but this was just over whelming. The dogs would not leave me alone, licking my legs, sniffing, and rubbing against me the whole time I was trying to do the paperwork for the car. At one point they started growling at each other and Travis did send one from the room only it returned in just minutes. My car was not detailed. It had been vacuumed but not washed or wiped down. Windows were filmy and not clean. We had to bring the car home and wash and wax it ourselves and clean the windows. I would give this dealer a very low rating on customer service. More
